I recently had an appointment to bring my Volvo 2024 XC90 into this dealership for a software upgrade to correct a technical problem that arose between an issue of interface between the new Google upgrade to into this dealership for a software upgrade to correct a technical problem that arose between an issue of interface between the new Google upgrade to these cars, and Sirius radio/ I was treated by Nach, the service advisor, who accommodated, as he has done previously, my request that Nino Gambino, the consummate technician, by the way to work on my car. I have come to rely on his expertise to keep my cars running properly for many years. Nino was able to rectify the problem relatively quickly and completely, and, as Nash had planned, it matched with my schedule and I was able to wait for it. After Nino finished his work, I was then turned over to Danny, to finish the process. By that I mean, whenever such a software update is done, it can be possibly that other technology corrections have to be made. In this case, my phone must again be paired to the car and possibly adjusted for the phone to work thru the car's electronics properly, for hands-free, etc. Danny also performed his role, quickly and thoroughly. Danny is a prime example of the excellent customer service rendered by this dealership. He is truly exemplary at his job and really knows these cars and their electronics as well as their interactions with cell phones. My experience has been that many dealerships do not have such a person on staff and just tell the customers that they don't deal with cell phones and to go to your individual cell service provider. I had this happen years ago with another dealership, and the cell provider said it was a dealer issue and sent me back to that dealer. Very frustrating to say the least, This dealership is more concerned with treating the customer properly and I thank the dealership's general manager for making such a valuable member of her staff as Danny available to properly provide this aspect of customer service. His willingness to help those of us with lesser technology expertise is exemplary, and certainly demonstrates the caring climate of this dealership. For that they should be commended , More

I actually enjoyed buying a new car! From the moment we walked in it was a great experience. We weren't bombarded at the door by a salesperson, but by the cutest bulldog! We were able to peruse and speak to someone when we were ready. Once we started working with Nicholas he was transparent about everything. There was no back and forth, and back and forth. He told us how it was, he explained every part of the process thoroughly so I could understand. He went through each option for me, and how it would affect my monthly payment, my overall payment, etc. He is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to work with you to get you what you need/want. He helped out with getting my insurance transferred over and each step in between to be able to set me up with a brand new Volvo XC90. Once I stepped in my car James went through every single aspect of it and how it worked. He showed me multiple examples of how I would use certain features and went through all of the bells and whistles. As someone that truly hates going shopping for cars Nicholas and Empire Volvo made it a truly enjoyable, STRESS FREE experience! More

Not only did he help locate for me the XC 40 2026 in Forest Lake with charcoal interior he was able to honor a respectable trade in value for my 2019 Not only did he help locate for me the XC 40 2026 in Forest Lake with charcoal interior he was able to honor a respectable trade in value for my 2019 Xc40 without inflating the cost of the new car. I very much appreciated his knowledge about the car I was purchasing down to my smallest concerns. I wasn’t sure I would be purchasing a new vehicle at this time but his expertise and understanding allowed me the room to decide in favor of moving forward. More
