We have bought/leased Ford vehicles throughout the years. We found this time around that we could financially do better on leasing a Lincoln, hence our recent transactions. We leased two MKC cars from Ed Howard dealership in Sarasota, FL, without ever previously meeting or visiting the dealership. We could not be happier; this was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. The Lincoln Brand Champion, Jim Halas, assisted us through all facets of the lease. His professional demeanor, attention to detail, and exceptional service is what will make us go back to him and Ed Howard Lincoln. We cannot express how extremely professional and well-versed Jim is in the "ins and outs” of Lincolns. He made the leasing go smoothly and effortlessly; everything was done first class. We believe that every business is built one customer at a time. Customer loyalty and trust are both earned though deeds not good salesmanship alone. Service Issues I lease a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. As a recent transplant from NJ I was having a few issues with my auto. I had EdHoward dealership pick up my car for servic I lease a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. As a recent transplant from NJ I was having a few issues with my auto. I had EdHoward dealership pick up my car for service. When car was picked up I had to sign documents, re: a loaner and The issues i needed do have checked out. One was any repairs had to be reviewed by owner (me). They changed the oil and rotated the tires without looking into cars history. This service was done in NJ. They checked after work was done, and demanded that I pay for theservice. I adamantly disagreed, and finally had the charges dismissed. Well with that said, I had Steve Fine return my car, which after a few choice words I was told that I should find another dealership.
