A Learning Experience My husband and I went to the Cortland Dealership to view their inventory for a possible purchase. After meeting with a Sales Rep., we determined that My husband and I went to the Cortland Dealership to view their inventory for a possible purchase. After meeting with a Sales Rep., we determined that there wasn't a car on their lot, but a few possibilities at one of their other dealership locations. We wanted to take time to look at the other car options, so we left and we spent a great deal of time on Sunday viewing various vehicles. When the Sales Rep. called on Monday to see if we were interested in test driving a vehicle, I gave him the vehicle # of the car we were interested in and we set up a test drive for Saturday allowing time for the car to be moved to the Cortland dealership. On the Saturday of the test drive, we were literally minutes from the dealership when I get a call from the Sales Rep. that the car had been sold the day before!!! Needless to say we were pretty upset to have traveled to Cortland and there was to be no test drive. We were told that no deposit was made on car so they could sell it even though we had set up test drive. There was no mention of needing a deposit during phone conversation on Monday or a way to reserve car for the test drive when we talked to Sales Rep. This was our LEARNING EXPERIENCE! While we were still in Cortland for our non-test drive, I did call the dealership back and asked to speak to the Manager. I was connected to Marty. I asked him if we could make a deal on another vehicle since we had now made two trips to his dealership and spent a good deal of time searching through vehicles. He said that "no the prices could not be changed AND this kind of thing happens all the time". So we are still looking for a vehicle, but it won't be with the Cortland Dealership. BY THE WAY.... the manager's name at the dealership is Jared. : ) More

Purchased a Suburu. When I asked the auto advisor about the tires, which looked crappy to me, they referred me to their team leader-he told me they were "great, plenty of tread, etc". Disappointed The sales department did an ok job. I had to follow up on something they didn't complete. There was one "salesman" issue, was told the breaks and tire The sales department did an ok job. The service department was terrible, they were unable to locate a rattling noise after 3 tries. I finally said I would take it to my mechanic and they quickly said "we won't pay for that!" I actually had to speak with The manager over how tge service employee was short and rude to me. The last thing that bothered me the most was i had called to see if they would be willing to provide a sponsorship in a charity event, and only provided an email no phone number (I asked and he told me email is the vest way to communicate). I sent an email and then a second after not hearing back. There was no response for sponsorship. More
