Nothing but great things to say about Echo Park in Cortland. Walked in yesterday, was greeted as soon as I entered and Melissa worked with me thru my purchase of a 2018 Nissan Rogue. Whatever question Cortland. Walked in yesterday, was greeted as soon as I entered and Melissa worked with me thru my purchase of a 2018 Nissan Rogue. Whatever questions I had that she could not answer, she was able to get the answer's thru collegues. Towards the end they do have to ask if you would like to purchase "Additional Warranties". I flat out told her no, and there was no pressure to change my mind. I arrived at 12:15, whole process took about three and a half hours, (test driving 2 vehicles, paperwork, etc). I will say I was reluctant when walking in after reading some reviews from the Houston facility, but it was actually more of a pleasant experience then I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend Echo Park Cortland to anyone looking to purchase a car. Thanks Melissa an the team at Echo Park! More

STAY AWAY!!! I will try to be short. Texted and emailed with 2 different people (Will Cascanett and Christina Morgan) and arranged a test drive of a 2017 Ram 1500. Also, Will mentioned there was another si with 2 different people (Will Cascanett and Christina Morgan) and arranged a test drive of a 2017 Ram 1500. Also, Will mentioned there was another similar truck for sale but not listed on their site. Ok, so I took time off work, had my kids with me and drove over an hour to Cortland to try the truck(s). When I got there I asked about the truck because I didnt see it outside. Will told me it was being prepped inside for a test drive. He walked away for a minute and I was given a piece of paper to fill out, gave them my license and they needed my insurance policy and insurance agent info. Been test driving cars and trucks for years never had to go though such a process. Will returned couple minutes later and said that the truck has been sold and I cant test drive it. Ok, I wasn’t upset. I asked about the similar truck parked outside but he didn’t know anything about that truck-no milage, not even a price. He told me that the truck was 31 thousand and some change. I waited few minutes, in the hallway while he kept staring at his laptop. I asked again about the truck but he didn’t know anything. I told my boys that we’re leaving, took my license and the paper I filled out and left. He didn’t really care. Meanwhile I was getting texts from Christina (also EchoPark employee) asking if 245 or 330 would work...what a joke. I TOOK TIME OFF WORK FOR NOTHING!!! Luckily, I also had an appointment made for 330pm at the RAM dealer across the street from them, and test drove 2 RAM trucks. Do yourself a favor and buy someplace else. More

Working with Robin and Dan King was the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. They sold a car I reserved and paid deposit on right out from underneath me. The sales associate even told me to I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. They sold a car I reserved and paid deposit on right out from underneath me. The sales associate even told me to add the vehicle to my insurance and get cards for when I come pick the vehicle up. Dan King admitted they were wrong, did nothing to fix it and would not work with me on the price of the next vehicle I found. 3 days after leaving with it, I was driving down the road and my rim was in the ground, tired popped from a repair they did wrong (per Mavis that I paid for) and lied to me about it. They said the tires were great. They will do anything to get a sale and treated me very poorly. More
Adds no value to the process compared to online carvana Second worst experience in car buying in 28 years and 8 cars. Their prices are about 1000 USD higher then carvana or vroom (on a base of 15k). I went Second worst experience in car buying in 28 years and 8 cars. Their prices are about 1000 USD higher then carvana or vroom (on a base of 15k). I went with the local dealer vs online to get better service - that was a mistake. My car was OK in price because they missed to price in the package that was installed (my luck and the motivation to buy from them), the sales process was silly, they expect you to bring a cashiers check when you buy cash, online banks don't do that very easily and you don't know the amount when you go shopping....so that cost me a couple of days of run around (other dealers take personal check just fine and get you out the door with your new car the same day). The whole 'fixed price' approach is silly, at a minimum you can haggle on the trade in, but they do low ball you there. They also try to charge you (optional!) processing fees (as if buying the car from them was somehow a privilege - should be priced in the sticker) . When I finally picked up the car and took it home (they prepped it very nicely, I give them that), it turned out the AC did not work right. I called and they suggested to go to the nearest dealer since they could not repair it anyway and the car still had warranty left. I had to force them to look at it and not burden me with the run around, they diagnosed it to the AC compressor and sensor ....and still send me to the dealer. At that point I was having it. Dealer repaired it with a broken part on the fan (and recommended not to drive it in between because the motor could overheat). Took a week to get the car back - but luckily I did have warranty left and the dealer repaired for free. I never heard a 'we are sorry for the trouble' from Used Car King. They provided exactly zero value along the way, my next car will be from an online vendor and certainly not Used Car King. Can not recommend their sales or service to anyone. More

Salesmen are wonderful as professionals and as people, Their helpfulness in picking a vehicle is extraordinary, particularly Marty and Will! Robin is a magician at financing and gets you the best deal with the best advice possible. Another key reason is the after sale service which has always been quick, courteous and thorough. We have always been well treated and consider the Cortland Sun people as family friends! More
