Purchased a used Cadillac and three times within a two weeks they cleared the service engine light and stated it was an evap code. It was never the evap code. The dealership sold the vehicle which is kn weeks they cleared the service engine light and stated it was an evap code. It was never the evap code. The dealership sold the vehicle which is known to have a transmission code that is expensive to repair. They cheated the vehicle through the inspection process and maintained the service engine light is nothing because it passed inspection. Cortland store manager and Todd Caputo have no character or integrity. They will cheat, break laws and lie to sell vehicles. Buyer beware. I bought a plow for my truck from the service department in Cortland NY. I got the plow home and tried to install it on my vehicle two days later. It turns out I needed to by a solenoid which wasn't that bi in Cortland NY. I got the plow home and tried to install it on my vehicle two days later. It turns out I needed to by a solenoid which wasn't that big of a deal but once all the power was hooked up, the plow would not lift up. So I called Brian in Cortland and after this man told me everything worked, he refused to refund my money or at the very least call me back. So I highly recommend that you do not buy anything from these people!!! More
