Wish i went somewhere else I was really impressed initially, but after a few months that's when the problems started. My radio system in the car kicked out the first couple mont I was really impressed initially, but after a few months that's when the problems started. My radio system in the car kicked out the first couple months I had the car and sunauto fixed it the first time. It was something to do with inside the steering wheel. Got the car back and a couple months later it starts doing the same thing. I brought the car in 2 times, and had at least 4 calls about the car. The problem was getting it into the shop since I worked before they opened and didn't get home from work till they closed. I work in Ithaca. The 2 times I brought the car in they told me they could not "duplicate the problem". I told them I wasn't able to get off work but when I can I will come in and show them exactly what is wrong. I finally get the car in and get time off from work and then they tell me too late, your warrenty just expired, we will not fix for free for you. Now I haven't even had the car a full 14 months and I have to spend 400+ to get the radio fixed. Does that sound fair to you? I would have continued buying through SunAuto... But now they have lost all of my respect. I will take me 15-25K somewhere else next time. I also told the story at my work and a few people who were going to be buying new cars said they will definitely not go there. Instead of spending 400 bucks, between maybe 4 or 5 sales that might have come out to over 100 grand, they will get nothing. Bye Felicia.
