We’re sorry you’re disappointed, but this review leaves out the reason for the disagreement. You purchased a pre-owned Jeep—not a Chevrolet—and later demanded that we replace the tires simply because you did not like them. The tires had plenty of remaining tread, passed inspection, and were determined to be safe. A dealership is responsible for ensuring that a used vehicle meets applicable safety standards; it is not required to replace safe, serviceable tires based on a customer’s personal preference after the sale. We understand that you wanted a different outcome, but refusing an unjustified tire replacement is not disrespectful, disgraceful, or a poor representation of Chevrolet. It is simply an honest decision based on the vehicle’s actual condition.
