ZERO STARS for the team at Peoria Kia. I purchased a vehicle here, signed the paperwork, agreements, add-ons & everything (WASTED HOURS of my work day) and was suppose to come back within I purchased a vehicle here, signed the paperwork, agreements, add-ons & everything (WASTED HOURS of my work day) and was suppose to come back within 2 days with my trade in - to pick up the vehicle I had purchased. When I received the call that the vehicle was ready (it needed a fog light), my sales associate told me that the vehicle was ready AND my interest rate had doubled! (WOW!) I told her that I would need them to get closer to the original quote and if they couldn't I would provide my own financing. 2 days later I received a text saying the car was no longer for sale, they had my deposit, they ran my credit and they said the car "didn't pass inspection"- surprising as it was ready for pick up Friday. It's obvious the dealership lied and sold the car after I had singed for the vehicle and was waiting to pick up the car! I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever. More
We shopped over the phone and Earnhardt Peoria Kia had the best deal. We made an appointment to test drive the car and I absolutely loved the way it handled. So happy with our purchase. I just had my low mileage 2019 Optima serviced . Heather was very polite and helpful. The service was completed in a reasonable time. My only problem is that when I got in my car the floor mat had Heather was very polite and helpful. The service was completed in a reasonable time. My only problem is that when I got in my car the floor mat had stuff tracked in and the air conditioner controls had been readjusted not only the temperature adjusted down to 64, the blower was on manual. Please have your employees leave the controls alone! More

So Kia has left a horrible taste in my mouth. The purchasing experience was fine. I own a 2021 Kia sorrento and have had it for less than a year with less than 10,000 miles on it. The first probl The purchasing experience was fine. I own a 2021 Kia sorrento and have had it for less than a year with less than 10,000 miles on it. The first problem started when I took it in for its first oil change, Kia botched it and the oil leaked all out of my car. They could have caused some serious damage and when I asked about a secondary complimentary oil change it was a bit of a fight before they agreed. Now before I took my car to be serviced at Kia I have had zero problems which brings me to today. After that my check engine light came on giving error code P04227A which indicates something with the gas evap system. I take it in and the code was reset to make the check engine light go off, but I was never told anything further. The check engine light comes back on and the code is showing again as well. I take it back where they then see that there is a leak and will need to keep it to figure out what is wrong. They put me in a rental, 2 days later I get a call saying that the evap canister is damaged and that I hit something (I inform them that I did not) but they then proceed to tell me it is a cost that is on me of $800 and not them due to it being an “external” issue not an “internal issue” although this is an internal component to the vehicle. There is no way that within less than a year I should be coming off of a cost of $800 for an evap canister that should be covered under warranty. They claim that the warranty is great until you get to their logistics of words and then you are faced with out of pocket costs. This is my first Kia experience and will be my last. Ever since I’ve let Kia service my car I have had issue after issue. The customer service has lacked and I am very unhappy. They claim that this can happen with normal debris, if that is in fact true then that is faulty placement by Kia because even if replaced wouldn’t guarantee regular street debris to do this again causing another $800 fix. I would not recommend servicing your car here. More
