I've been having my Kia serviced at an Earnhardt Kia dealer since 2015, originally the one in Prescott Valley. I got very good service there. Sadly, they sold that store to someone else who wasn't nearl dealer since 2015, originally the one in Prescott Valley. I got very good service there. Sadly, they sold that store to someone else who wasn't nearly as good, so when a timing belt came up for service I came to another Earnhardt store on Bell Road on the East side of Phoenix. Well, that one disappeared, too, after I moved down here. Fortunately, I found the Earnhardt on 91st Ave and was pleased with the oil change & service I got there, so I took it back for some more recommended service. Brian, my service advisor, answered all my questions, and I found that this dealer was just as excellent for service as the other two Earnhardt stores. I am very pleased and will go back when the need for service arises. My Kia is a 2011 model, now with over 100,000 miles, and has been very reliable so far. Thanks, Earnhardt! More

Sad, I have bought 3 cars from this dealership however this is my last. Don't get me wrong Johnny was and is the best sales rep and Earl in finance is very professional. What has changed my mind is th this is my last. Don't get me wrong Johnny was and is the best sales rep and Earl in finance is very professional. What has changed my mind is the owner Scott. Scott is rude and very disrespectful not just to his customers but his employees. As I was standing in a conversation with my sales rep and Scott amongst other employees, Scott had the nerve to making derogatory remarks to my sales rep; not caring who was standing there. I'm sorry this should ALWAYS be done in private and never in front of co-workers especially customers. I feel for the employees as I can only imagine the disrespect he must portray. More
I love going to Peoria Kia and having Mark Cronk assist me. He is the very best service person I have ever had. He is professional, and very knowledge. The lady that finally helped me was so soft spoken (in a loud environment) after several repeated 'What?' and 'Pardon?' I just nodded. 95 minutes later she found me (the waiting area was full with some family) and said the car was ready. Again, I could barely hear what she was saying once we were back in the service area, except for the price. When I asked why the car was still dirty, she explains the car wash is undergoing maintenance, and if I want to wait maybe another hour, they should be done. Very disappointed to see that the vacuum and the glass cleaner are all attached to the car wash, as nothing was done to my car. I understand this was mostly free work for you guys, but it does not make me want to come back and pay to have anything done for sub-par service. More

ZERO STARS for the team at Peoria Kia. I purchased a vehicle here, signed the paperwork, agreements, add-ons & everything (WASTED HOURS of my work day) and was suppose to come back within I purchased a vehicle here, signed the paperwork, agreements, add-ons & everything (WASTED HOURS of my work day) and was suppose to come back within 2 days with my trade in - to pick up the vehicle I had purchased. When I received the call that the vehicle was ready (it needed a fog light), my sales associate told me that the vehicle was ready AND my interest rate had doubled! (WOW!) I told her that I would need them to get closer to the original quote and if they couldn't I would provide my own financing. 2 days later I received a text saying the car was no longer for sale, they had my deposit, they ran my credit and they said the car "didn't pass inspection"- surprising as it was ready for pick up Friday. It's obvious the dealership lied and sold the car after I had singed for the vehicle and was waiting to pick up the car! I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever. More
We shopped over the phone and Earnhardt Peoria Kia had the best deal. We made an appointment to test drive the car and I absolutely loved the way it handled. So happy with our purchase.
