Time Wasters! ! Our Cadillac had a recall issue, we called and booked an appointment and they said it would be an easy repair while we waited. We drove an hour to g ! Our Cadillac had a recall issue, we called and booked an appointment and they said it would be an easy repair while we waited. We drove an hour to get to the dealership to be told they didn't have the part and it would need to be ordered, then oh now its on backorder and they would call us when it came in. Why the xxxx couldn't they tell us before or even give us a courtesy call that the parts not in or available. I would not recommend this dealership for any kind of service. More

I have never bought a car from a lot or dealership in my life because of the hassles let alone bought one online without a test drive but salesperson Bruce & the Dutton dealership made this online buying ex life because of the hassles let alone bought one online without a test drive but salesperson Bruce & the Dutton dealership made this online buying experience amazing, Bruce went above a & beyond to assure me that he & the Dutton dealership were there for me , he sent videos, photos & the history of the car & that the car was in amazing condition, without Bruce’s experience, knowledge & hard work on his end I would have never bought a car online & would still be looking in Portland. Very friendly personal experience, Thank you Bruce & Dutton. I highly recommend them !!! More

negative 3 stars if possible, so far the worst business auto purchase satiation I have ever been in. years ago had great service this time everything from saying done deal final loan approval to saying su auto purchase satiation I have ever been in. years ago had great service this time everything from saying done deal final loan approval to saying submitted someone's app by mistake to providing secure information of another app nothing to do with me and more. To trying to cancel deal and not honoring guaranteed promised terms. Hope leadership will resolve and will update if miraculously they follow thru honorably at this point no go. More
