One star is TOO GOOD to be completely honest. On October 18 I took my car in for service. The engine was making a ticking noise that had gotten louder over time. The service department stated they would have it looked at within a certain period of time. I called for an update on my car after three weeks and was told they had not even begun to look at it, let alone diagnose the problem. After getting the manager involved they began tear down the following week after switching techs. I was told it was the cam shaft and the lifters. The total tear down took about another 3 weeks because of back and forth with extended warranty company. And that would put us at December 7th. From the 7th of December until the 18 of December they were waiting on parts that were on back order. By this time it had already been 2 months and all that had been done was the tear down and authorization of the work from the warranty company. After they got the parts on December 18 they started to put the parts back together on my vehicle. It is now over 3 weeks later and they still have my vehicle. I have been told every three or 4 days that the time of completion has been pushed back. This is completely unacceptable and has taken way too long. I would NEVER EVER BRING MY VEHICLE HERE AGAIN.
