About as easy as it gets. We were just out test driving several different cars trying to determine what we would buy. When we walked on Dutton's lot we were greeted by Stephan Caraway and he gave us a great test drive with absolutely no pressure. We came back a few days later with some questions for Stephan and he gave us great information. He gave us a web address to complete a credit app and said to call him if we submitted one. I called him after I submitted it, he said he would process it and get back to me. Within an hour he called to say we were approved and when did we want to pick up the car. I said as soon as possible, he said how about 2 hours. When we arrived the car was ready, the paperwork was done. We asked about some extended warranty things which he quickly got prices for us, we didn't have to meet with anyone else. The only other person we dealt with was the finance manager, Gary Goff who was very nice and low pressure. I would almost rather take a beating than buy a new car but Stephan made it a very enjoyable event. Go see him or give him a direct call at 951-764-3222. Dutton is very clean, professional and friendly. The owner of the company came in and met us. The finance guy, Lozandro, was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. Terrible customer service Bought a replacement key from them which needed to be programmed in. After 2 attempts and 2 hours they gave up and told me they couldn't help, AND THE Bought a replacement key from them which needed to be programmed in. After 2 attempts and 2 hours they gave up and told me they couldn't help, AND THEY ARE THE DEALERSHIP FOR MY CAR!! Took it across the road to Singh Chevrolet and the couldn't have been more helpful. They did the job in 20 minutes and charged me less than Duttons were about to. Big ups to Singh's and wouldn't recommend Dutton to anyone!! More

Customer Service is below Cadillac standard and expectations Had body work done on Cadillac CTS. Within a year, paint started to bubble, flake, and peel. I was told if I still lived near them (in southern California) that they would repaint it, but since I had moved to central Illinois that I could go to xxxx and pay for the repair myself. Very disappointing. You expect Cadillac quality and service from a Cadillac dealership and these clowns just do not measure up. More

Terrible customer service by service advisor. Service advisor was ill informed regarding what was being performed on vehicle and the functions of each component. Fuel gauge was replaced by Dutton. Two advisor was ill informed regarding what was being performed on vehicle and the functions of each component. Fuel gauge was replaced by Dutton. Two and a half months later fuel gauge needed to be replaced again.The mechanics didn't fix the problem the first time which caused a secondary problem with the fuel pump. Cashier tried to overcharge at check out. And to top things off my vehicle was returned to me with the gas light on. The tank was brought in for service with gas and returned on empty.If you take your car to Dutton to be repaired you may end up with more problems down the road. And if appreciate great customer service then this is not the place to go!!! More
