Sold me a Lemon, didn't fix problem after numerous attempts Sold me a 2013 ats with a defect in the engine and cooling system, lied about previous work done to car when I purchased it, and failed to fix the pro Sold me a 2013 ats with a defect in the engine and cooling system, lied about previous work done to car when I purchased it, and failed to fix the problem after numerous visits and complaints about the car, asked them to fix or replace the car and instead was blown off even though there was numerous similar accounts of the same problem to this make and model car, was told it was natural for this car to run rough while driving and the coolant smell was not addressed because they "couldn't find a leak in the hoses". The one time they did diagnose something right which was a crack in the radiator which they "pressure tested " to find they said the hole was on the bottom right corner of car when it was really on the top left. Sorry excuse for a gm dealership as a whole, you're better off going anywhere else. More
Excuses Excuses I started negotiating on the internet with GM Dave Crain and they Glenda Garcia GG in late Feb. 2017.They had the GMC Canyon i was looking for and we I started negotiating on the internet with GM Dave Crain and they Glenda Garcia GG in late Feb. 2017.They had the GMC Canyon i was looking for and we negotiating a price.I sent them a credit app.,proof of insurance and a copy of my CDL and also the name and number of my credit union.I told them I would be there on Friday at 11 am to pick up the truck.I rented a vehicle one way to riverside. They called my home to let me know that there was an Enterprise dealership across the street from them. Wednesday afternoon I rec. a call from GG who said the GM sold my truck to a friend of his and i said you have to be kidding me.We had a dealer I sent everything you requested.All i heard was excuses. I negotiated a Canyon from a dealership that was honest in Redlands and save about $ 1600.00. I would never do business with this dealership.I read a review in Sept. 2016 same trick they pull on me. Sorry but your vehicle has already been sold. If I could rate them o on stars i would. Im sure GMC Corporation does not know about how they play games with customers. More
Excuses but no satisfaction I have had the same issue repaired 7 times under warranty and it has failed again. My 2013 Yukon rear window defroster tab that mounts on the rear win I have had the same issue repaired 7 times under warranty and it has failed again. My 2013 Yukon rear window defroster tab that mounts on the rear window comes unsoldered from the window connection. Every time I've taken it in it's an all day event. I live about 1 1/2 hour drive away. They say they warrant their work for 12 months but they want me to pay to fix this item now. They can't seem to get it right. They continue to give me the run around. I have purchased 7 GM vehicles in the past and this isn't what customer service is about. The service manager said he would charge me $120 for them to re-solder the connection. Guess I'm not worth $120 as a customer to them. Really disappointed. Dave, In response to your comment: The strut issues were defective parts installed by your dealership when you were trying to fix the defroster. I didn't know I had to make other visits to your dealership to qualify for my warranty work to be done correctly. You admitted today that I was correct but also stated that you didn't know what else to do. It's easy to fix this problem, just repair the defroster correctly and I'll be happy. It should take 7 visits to get it right. I don't appreciate your pointing at me as the reason for the failure of the defroster tabs. As I stated, I guess your $120 fix isn't worth doing for me as a customer. I wrote this review to let others know how you fix problems. I can't believe your dealership can't admit that they still haven't fixed it correctly or/and apologized for the inconvenience you've put me through. Just poor business practice. Man up and fix it already. More

The service department was ill informed and has very poor customer service. I took my Cadillac xxx, (well maintained 9yr old) to be serviced, we were told it was a 2-4 day job. Then 8 days later, after chasing them to find out what was going on, my car was finally ready. Went to the dealer, we did not make it out because we found: 1)Engine did not want to turn (it took several tries), it has never done that before, 2) Made loud noises, which they claim is "normal" after a change of belts, 3) Passenger seat was now torn. After going back and forth and being told to come back the next day because the rep and the manager were not available, they hand wrote a service agreement and we took back the loaner. I had to chase them again to get information, the car will have the seat replaced and it is an additional 3-4 days. So far, the car has been at the dealer for 11 days and will be there at least another 4-5 more days. This is not the type of service I expect from a luxury vehicle service department. Will be trading this car in for a BMW or Infinity, and that is too bad I was looking forward to a CT6. More

All I needed was the total cost of the vehicle and how much was shipping. they also checked if they could beat my financing rate, salesperson gave me the price approx. 2-3 hours later , I said lets do it, he called me back shortly after(130pm) to tell me someone was in the process of buying! Needless to say I was not happy, in the end all I got was I am sorry , no other deal was offered, nothing! Be careful there. Started at 10am ended at 130 with nothing!!!! More

From the time I saw the EXACT car I wanted on the website until the time I walked out of the dealership with the keys in my hand was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. Tim Carney the internet sales manager made my life so easy when it came to running numbers, negotiating a good deal, and ensuring I got the best deal possible. I live 90 MILES from the dealership so he made sure that everything was in place and ready to go so when I got there, there were no surprises. He explained ALL the details to me over the phone and answered any and all my questions throughout the entire process. He always followed up in a timely fashion and kept me updated on everything that was going on. It was a Friday when he told me that everything was ready to go and they waited at the dealership until I got there after work which was after closing hours to make sure that I drove off with the car I wanted that night. When I didn’t think that it could get any better, once I finished with Tim and went to financing to do that paperwork, Lizandro was GREAT!! At this point, it was WAY after closing hours and he still had a smile on his face and answered any remaining questions and explained all the details in the paperwork (which was a lot). It was after 10pm at this point and he was very patient with me and made sure I was a satisfied customer. I LOVE MY NEW CADILLAC SRX, JUST THE WAY I WANTED IT AND I LOVE THE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM TIM AND LIZANDRO. DUTTON CADILLAC IS THE WAY TO GO!! More

I had already go a loan at schools 1st. Stephan contacted me by phone. I told him what I was looking for, what I could spend etc. He told me about a car he had. I went in on Saturday where i was introduced to Candace. Between these two i got the perfect car at the price I was promised. There was no pressure to get something else or to do a bunch of fancy upgrades. If they offered something extra and I said no that was it end of discussion. By far this was the easiest car buying experience ever!!! I would most defiantly recommend this place!!!! More
