Dealer diagnosed a corroded battery post and cable. Of course that wasn't the problem. First time I start the truck up after picking it up the light is back on. On star had already diagnosed it to be an emissions system issue. I then contact On star and they remotely run the diagnostics and confirm what they reported on November 29th that there is a problem with the exhaust emissions system. Took truck back in and they resolved the issue courteously and professionally. The battery and cable were severely corroded and needed to be replaced. Just frustrated that it took two visits. More

My technician failed to follow the express written directions provided with the official OEM GMC splash My service representative Sanjae was amazing. My technician failed to follow the express written directions provided with the official OEM GMC splash guards. On the driver side (because I watched the install) he did not provide the minimum 60 seconds of hand pressure after removing the red film that exposed the adhesive to allow for the proper adhesion between the splash guard and the fender. He also completely disregarded and failed to install 2 self tapping screws on both rear splash guards. This is both alarming and disappointing...! What other express written directions are being blatantly disregarded...??? More

GM Dave is a real piece of work The worst customer service ever! Went in this morning bright & early to trade in my 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV that I previously purchased from Dutton The worst customer service ever! Went in this morning bright & early to trade in my 2013 Cadillac Escalade ESV that I previously purchased from Dutton. Waited 3 hours for finance & numbers before I told my salesman Jeff I was leaving & to call me when he heard back from the bank. It's been all day & not a word! I've tried calling twice & he's all the sudden unavailable. Nice considering I have the finance company calling me & I don't even know wth is going on, smh. Will take my business elsewhere since they can't even have the common courtesy to call me back! Will NEVER buy from this dealership again & will be sure to let all my customers, friends & family know about their "customer service" UPDATE-The gm Dave in retaliation of my review just left me a review of my business! He's NEVER done business with us. What a total xxx! Stay clear of Dutton as this is the kind of "customer service" they have. Get mad when a customer leaves a appropriate review than retaliate & leave a customer a totally false review of their own business, smfh! More
