Great experience buying a new car I was looking to buy a new car after using my previous car for several years. Does not honor email commitments I emailed the dealership in regards to a Subaru Outback. They responded that they had one that they would be getting in stock later that day (a Frida I emailed the dealership in regards to a Subaru Outback. They responded that they had one that they would be getting in stock later that day (a Friday). I said that I had received a quote from a different dealership for less than their internet price and asked if they could beat it. They responded that they could and asked when we could come out. We went to the dealership on that Sunday, test drove the vehicle, but when it came to talk about price, they listed a price $500 more than the price that they said they could beat. I was told that I didn't have a real quote. I was also told that I made the quote up. I was lied to and called a liar. More

Once in A Lifetime Experience!!!" Let me start off by saying that I typically never write reviews unless someone has treated me badly and I want to make the public aware.I feel however Let me start off by saying that I typically never write reviews unless someone has treated me badly and I want to make the public aware.I feel however that my experience in this case being one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in 35 years, warranted a glowing explanation. Mr Hubbard was the first person I spoke to and dealt with over the phone. He was kind and very pleasantly well spoken as well as willing to deal with me over the phone. I had spent 3 days speaking with 27 dealers in 150 mile radius of my home town that sale Subaru's. I was given not so good deals sent to me online and not one would deal with me over the phone except Mr. Hubbard. I believe he knew that I was sincere about buying a new Outback and I felt ,after speaking with him for 20 minutes, that he was an honest and patient man. We made a deal over the phone and myself and my dear husband head off for a 2 hour drive to Leesburg. When we arrived we were met by a young gentleman who escorted us inside to meet with Mr. Hubbard. Mr.Hubbard greeted us and even shared a picture of his beautiful six month old baby at my request.We were introduced to Mr. Eric White who took over from there and showed us the car that I wanted and with the options that I had asked for.He was patient ,soft spoken and polite. Not one time was anyone pushy, disrespectful, arrogant or rude to us which had been our experience in past auto purchases at other dealerships. Eric went over the fundamentals of the outback and discussed the operations of all the new gadgets on the vehicle. We were offered drinks any time we had to wait and were always made to feel like we were" appreciated". The deal that was made "over the phone" was honored.This was a first for me since in the past I had made deals on autos over the phone and they always fell through when we got to the dealership. This was definitely a truly relaxing experience for us. We are grateful for how smooth this deal went. Thank you to all involved . Brittany was a sweet heart even after working all day on Sunday and working well past closing. Eric was a true gentle man and took excellent care of us.To close I want to say thank you to all those involved in our New Outback purchase. We Love It!!!" More

Service: dropped Forester off on Sunday evening. False alarm We dropped off our 2013 Forester (our 5th Subaru since 1989) in a panic--several warning lights appeared on the dashboard all at once. Dropped off the key on Sunday, and had a diagnostic call by 10 AM the next morning--I hadn't put gas capt back on properly after filling up! Since Subarus don't break down, we should have known Dulles would have us behind the wheel in no time. More
