I was looking for a new car that can handle 30 inches of snow with another storm coming. Angela and the staff at Dulles Motorcars dug out and cleaned off 4 cars--3 Outbacks and a Forester--for me to test dr snow with another storm coming. And Angela encouraged me to drive them all through the amazingly icy streets of Leesburg and take the cars anywhere I wanted. And after the test drives, they offered me a good deal, worked with me for an even better price, and had the car prepped and ready to go by the time I had signed the papers. I also got a great 2.9% interest rate for 3 years, reducing my payments quite a bit. Angela was very pleasant and professional throughout, and I look forward to using their premium car service arrangement that will save me some money each year. More
We had seen several of their vehicles on line and were interested in working with them on purchasing a new vehicle. When we got to the dealership we found the sales staff to be great and easy to work with interested in working with them on purchasing a new vehicle. When we got to the dealership we found the sales staff to be great and easy to work with but the management was difficult, and more importantly rude. At one point we test drove a used car that was being used by one of the managers and it was completely trashed, covered in gum wrappers and other stuff. When we went to discuss price we were about 1500 apart. Instead of trying to meet us in the middle or saying that is the lowest they could go. they treated us as being unreasonable. I would think twice before using this dealership. More

We test drove an advertised model and it was filthy both inside and out. Looking at the new cars consisted of wandering through the parking lot and comparing window stickers. Seemed to be a disconnect between the new and used sales staff. We spoke to the general manager regarding the advertised vehicle and found him to be very arrogant and rude. We were ready to buy and ended up getting the SUV at another dealership that had a MUCH better price and treated us respectfully. Don't know how this place stays in business! More

Went in to look at a used car. It took 5 employees to find out what the factory warranty on a Subaru is. And the last one had to make a call to confirm. You'd think people working at a Subaru dealer wo find out what the factory warranty on a Subaru is. And the last one had to make a call to confirm. You'd think people working at a Subaru dealer would know that fact. Their attention to detail was poor when preparing the car for sale, as there was a cheap aftermarket lime green pedal cover left on from a previous owner (hinting at teen-age racer). Rick wouldn't give clear answers when I asked him questions about the past of the car. I asked for a CARFAX, which they supplied. The car had 3 previous owners and had been in an accident (only 3 model years old). The car had been sold at auction by 2 different dealerships. This hinting at their inability to sell the car, so they dumped it. He tried to dance around those facts. I found out later that the car had also been stolen TWICE, but it seems that Rick tried to distract me with the minor accident. Their final offering price was way too high for a car with that history. The manager wasn't very personable for someone trying to sell a car. Stay away from this dealer, they will lie through their teeth to sell a car. And an overpriced one at that. More
