Gave me exactly what I wanted I was looking to get a 2015 WRX at the very end of its production cycle. We had already negotiated a price and and after they couldn't find a 2015 model they gave us the same deal on a made-to-order 2016 model. It even got here 11 days ahead of schedule. What a pleasant car buying experience! I researched on a 2015 Subaru Outback 2.5 Limited and used PenFed and Truecar for an estimate on the price of this car. I did not visit any dealer an I researched on a 2015 Subaru Outback 2.5 Limited and used PenFed and Truecar for an estimate on the price of this car. I did not visit any dealer and just emailed to a number of Subaru dealers in VA and Maryland to get the total out-of-the door price on the car. Most of the dealers did not respond right away with their price. I did not want to spend hours sitting at the dealers wasting my time and their time and just wanted to come in knowing exactly what I would pay for the car. Eric just followed up on my request, and after I told him one of the offer I got, we quickly agreed on the price . I could go to the dealers near my home with that price but with Eric's professional and pleasant customer service earned his sale. It was worth a drive! The Subaru Outback that I am interested in is transit and he showed me almost identical one but lacking one feature but he quickly reduced the price further after consulting with his manager. My son and I also bought a Subaru Outback 2015 3.6 Limited in Grand Forks, ND where he stations now but have not seen or test drive the car. However, my son strongly recommends the car because of its high quality and fully loaded nice features. Therefore, I attempted to even buy the car without test drive because the car is in transit. However, Eric emailed me next day to ask me come in for test drive because the car had arrived and he wanted to make sure that I would be happy with my purchase. He clearly explained the process and showed the car, and the finance manager was very helpful. I had pre-approved loan from PenFed but decided to go with special financing from Subaru to simplify the financing process because of their very competitive rate. The finance manager is very helpful and fast and did not pressure you into buying any extra warranty or protection package. I got out in 1,5 hours and bought the nice car that I wanted. I also agreed with Blueforester, Eric was very helpful and did not pressure you with a salesman pitch and very straightforward - no playing games going back and forth wasting your time. I would recommend my friends or family members to go with him whenever they need to buy a car. Thank you Eric for your help. More

Very competitive price, efficient, friendly, worth drive I called Dulles Motorcars, in addition to 8-10 other MD, VA, DC dealerships, to price a Subaru Forester. Sales Consultant Eric White answered, and onc I called Dulles Motorcars, in addition to 8-10 other MD, VA, DC dealerships, to price a Subaru Forester. Sales Consultant Eric White answered, and once I told him the price range I was getting, we very quickly reached a good price that matched the lowest quote I had gotten for the exact car I wanted. Eric was eager to earn my business and to do so he said he would make the trip out to Leesburg worth my while by beating anyone else's price on both the new car as well as my trade in. And indeed he/Dulles Motorcars did beat everyone's price and got me the exact car I wanted. I could have done business much closer to my home, but there was something about Eric's voice that made me want to give him the business and made me trust that I would get a good deal on both cars. Eric was very pleasant, efficient, professional, easily reachable by phone, and eager to please. The sales transaction moved quickly and efficiently between Eric, his manager, and finance rep Gary Hall. Gary was equally personable, efficient, professional, and took the time to clearly explain my finance options. I ended up later switching my plan, and Gary took it it in stride. While I've only owned the car one day, Eric tells me he will field any questions I have for the rest of the time with the car (presuming he stays with this job), which is a nice option that I've never heard of before. It's worth noting that right as we parted ways Eric told me he had just gotten into car sales a few months ago and had owned his own business before. Not only was I surprised because he was so knowledgeable about the questions I had for him about the car, but I also think perhaps his lack of years in car sales might be why I liked dealing with Eric. I didn't feel like I was getting a slick sales pitch by phone or in person. He simply was trying hard to earn the sale and that I can respect. More

My time was also limited and both Mr. White and Mr. Solomon went above and beyond to work out the details and make the transaction. I am probably never going to buy another car as I am nearing retirement, but if I do, I would truly like to be able to have both of those gentlemen assisting me through the process. Thank you. I also worked with Mr. Way, and he was also nice to work with. Since he wasn't in the day I went in to make the purchase, Mr. White was right there to help me. I sensed very good employee work relationships, and support for each other. Thank you very much, and the Outback is wonderful!!!! More

Eric White my salesperson listened to what I was saying. I was going to buy a Kia Optima LX because I had decided that was the car I wanted, but I wasn't going to pay $16,000 for a vehicle with 50,000+ miles on it. I found one at this dealership with 29,000 and that was acceptable to me. I told Eric what I was willing to pay, not a penny more, and he got the sales manager to agree to it. I had done my homework and I wasn't going to be fooled. The car was in great shape and we received outstanding service from everyone at the dealership. Will buy our next used car here. More
