Outstanding dealership and even better service department I have three cars serviced by Dulles Motorcars and have been going to this dealership for service since 1997. In all that time I have never felt I wa I have three cars serviced by Dulles Motorcars and have been going to this dealership for service since 1997. In all that time I have never felt I was overcharged for any service and I have always felt the service department treated my vehicles like they treat their own vehicles. My latest experience was on July 30th when I had my Chrysler 300 given its 60,000 miles service. Because this was a significant service I was given a new model loaner car. I have a preferred mechanic, Jeremy, whom I trust with all my cars. The service department makes the effort to always put Jeremy on my cars. This recent service was no exception. Jeremy met me when I dropped the car off and asked if there were any issues. I shared my knowledge with him and he went to work. A few hours later I was called by the service manager, Megan, who clearly explained what they wanted to do and why. I approved and the car was done when I came for it the next day. Several times I received progress calls and at all times I felt I was being kept informed about my service. This was routine from this dealership's service department. I was charged a fair price and all charges were explained to me, nothing came as a surprise. I recommend Dulles Motorcars for auto purchases and for their service department. Megan is new to the service department but has already impressed me with her skills, and Jeremy, the service tech I usually deal with, is a consummate professional and very personable. If I could give this dealership more than 5 stars I would. More

Since my 2003 Forester had over 259,000 miles, I decided to see what opportunities would be available if both my husband and I bought a car at the same time. Eric was incredible. Not only did he provided both of us with a phenomenal "deal", his customer service and professionalism broke every Stereotype there is regarding car salesmen. He LISTENED, he spoke gently, he did not push, he was not aggressive, he "worked" with us to meet our needs, he was very responsive, he was patient... and he was kind. I will recommend him to anyone interested in buying a car. The experience with Eric changed my view of what buying a car should be. I have had my old Subaru serviced at Dulles since 2003 and have been exceptionally satisficed with the customer service and experience.
