CD Player went down and original warrenty expired. Service Advisor saw this and helped me contacted Toyota warrenty dept. Luckily this is still covered by the extended warrenty I got. He always explains things thoroughly to me; and when the work is complete reviews what was done, and why. He checks and sees what savings coupons are available than can help reduce my cost. Took my Corolla in because of a recall notice and received prompt, courteous attention and an explanation of the repair process from Ed. He also informed me of additonal repairs needed per the inspec received prompt, courteous attention and an explanation of the repair process from Ed. In addition to the recall repair being done in a timely manner I got a ride from the shuttle (Gary?) to and from my house and my car was washed when I picked it up. I loved the Wi Fi in the waiting lounge. It allowed me to get some office work done while my car was being diagnosed. Also coffee and bagels were provided - very nice touch.
