I was referred to them thru the Costco program and the designated contact person was actually "OK", no pressure, helpful and easy to work with, but EVERYBODY after that was typical, auto-sales slime, from designated contact person was actually "OK", no pressure, helpful and easy to work with, but EVERYBODY after that was typical, auto-sales slime, from this guys manager who DID NOT honor the price that sales quoted (disputed thru Costco who corrected this!), the Finance people who tried to sell you everything AND the kitchen sink at their inflated/top mark-up price and their "non-Customer Service" staff who did very little, if any, follow-up on the complaint I made about the price discrepancy. Unfortunately, to go thru Costco, this was the only dealer in my area to work with. More
