I knew what I wanted and told Satish Chand and Prem Chand, who were extremely professional and respectful young men. They luckily had a Tundra with 90% of the options and in the color I wanted. No slimy car salesman BU*L*H*T at Dublin Toyota. I have sent my friends and family to them. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. More
This is the worst dealership for service ever. They rip customers off big time. I went for 60K mile service on my Toyota Camry on 09/30/2007. I was given quotes of $549/-. I gave my car for service and cal customers off big time. I went for 60K mile service on my Toyota Camry on 09/30/2007. I was given quotes of $549/-. I gave my car for service and called some other deals including dealers in Fremont and Hayward, CA. To my surprise, the price for same service was $325/-. They charged me almost double of what I should have been charged. They also recommended me for changing timing belt, breaks and other parts at a total cost of $3000/-. Luckily I did not heed to their recommendations and just paid $549/-. When I asked for explanation for this price, they said that every dealership has its own price. I am never going there again. I would urge others to not go there. Instead, they can ask quotes from other dealers in the bay area for quotes and save some money. More
Misrepresentation and fraud! Dealer has 3 Toyota Misrepresentation and fraud! Dealer has 3 Toyota 4Runners advertised at 3 different websites for prices that they will not honor. Salesman confir Misrepresentation and fraud! Dealer has 3 Toyota 4Runners advertised at 3 different websites for prices that they will not honor. Salesman confirmed the price through email and telephone conversations before we drove out to Dublin, however when we arrived the price was not $24,000, but $33,500. Claims the advertised price was a "mistake - a software mistake". Takes the stereotypical "Used Car Salesman Sleeze" to a new LOW level. Pathetic - and we plan on reporting this dealership to the proper authorities to stop their shoddy business practices. Buyers BEWARE! This type of practice is an indication of an dishonest business culture that top management encourages. Absolutely nightmarish ordeal. More
Two THUMBS DOWN for Dublin Toyota!! I financed at 2001 Two THUMBS DOWN for Dublin Toyota!! I financed at 2001 RAV4 back in 2000. After 11 days, I was in an accident that TOTALLED the vehicle. I was alre Two THUMBS DOWN for Dublin Toyota!! I financed at 2001 RAV4 back in 2000. After 11 days, I was in an accident that TOTALLED the vehicle. I was already charged for services to be installed (alarm, wood dash) but never had it done. I called the dealership MULTIPLE times not to cash my check for the downpayment as they owed me some credit. I ended up cancelling the check. After we went back and forth, we ended up going to court and we both agreed that $1000 was owed to them for the down payment. I made 2-3 payments directly to the dealership w/ money orders and moved on with my life. 2007 comes along and I go to use my debit card while shopping at the store and my card doesn't work. I call the bank to find out DUBLIN TOYOTA put a FREEZE on my bank acct CLAIMING I never paid them. I did not recieve one letter, one phone message NOTHING since 2000-/2001. Now I'm scrambling to try to find copies of my "money orders" to proove to them I paid. Unfortunately, after 6-7yrs, I haven't been able to find even one of my receipts. Now if they would have contacted me even a year after the incident, I would have most likely been able to provide them with proof of payment. So it looks like they are going to stick me for ANOTHER $1000!!!! More
I bought a Prius for a great price, well under MSRP and that for a car that has been going for MSRP or more. They were professional, quick, didn't try to sell me any junk I didn't need, and polite. No sl that for a car that has been going for MSRP or more. They were professional, quick, didn't try to sell me any junk I didn't need, and polite. No slimy car salesman crap. A huge contrast from the various American branded auto places I have used with in the past. More

August 24, 2006 I visited Dublin Toyota to purchase a 2007 Camry XLE V6. (Yes, i had done my homework on the web, including Dublin Toyota site which listed their inventory.) I found the salesperson (Be 2007 Camry XLE V6. (Yes, i had done my homework on the web, including Dublin Toyota site which listed their inventory.) I found the salesperson (Ben) to be VERY knowledgable about the car & features, especially since the 2007's had only been out a week or so. Sure, they offered extended warrantee & GPS security system, but it wasn't high pressure. Salesman took the time to introduce me to the service manager, and parts manager, to be sure i had their cards and knew who to call. Would i purchase from them again? Absolutely! More
At the end of December in 1998 I purchased a 1999 4Runner from Dublin Toyota in Dublin, California. A full account of this misadventure can be found at http://gunsmoke.com/dublintoyota.html. In summary this from Dublin Toyota in Dublin, California. A full account of this misadventure can be found at http://gunsmoke.com/dublintoyota.html. In summary this was the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. Dublin Toyota used every deceitful practice imaginable to make the sale, promising the moon and failing miserably to live up to the contract they'd made. Promises to repair damage were ignored until, through an oversight of theirs, they were forced to follow through or issue a complete refund of the purchase price. This small satisfaction came after almost six months of aggravation and constant conflict. If I were in the market for another Toyota, I would never purchase from Dublin Toyota, even if it meant not buying a Toyota at all. More
I went through the Costco Program thinking I would save some time and money on my new Toyota purchase. Boy, was I wrong! First off, when I first meet with Satish. He was helping another customer and asked some time and money on my new Toyota purchase. Boy, was I wrong! First off, when I first meet with Satish. He was helping another customer and asked if I would like to test drive the car. I accepted. Test drove the car for about 30 mins. He then asked what I wanted for the car; features, options, etc. He gave me a price which I thought was really fair. But the problem was that the car I wanted wasn’t in stock.. Satish was looking on his computer and said he will have the exact car coming in, in three weeks. I asked if I need to put a deposit to hold the car. He said there was no need since I went through the Costco program. Now, it’s been 4 weeks. I called Satish and he said he’ll call me back (claims he was working with a customer). I wait 3 days and to my surprise, he didn’t call. I finally got a hold of him the other day and he said he misplaced my paper work. I’ve been waiting patiently for a month now and I’ve completely given up on Dublin Toyota. Not only is this guy not responsible. He doesn’t have the decency to even call me back. If you want to deal with a dealership that plays games, then this is the place. I guess Satish doesn’t care about customer service or sales… the fun thing is..Satish Chand is the Fleet Manager for Dublin Toyota. More
