I received the best, most courteous and professional service from Eric Davidson at Dublin Toyota's Service Dept. today. From the moment my wife and I walked into their Service Reception area, we were tr service from Eric Davidson at Dublin Toyota's Service Dept. today. From the moment my wife and I walked into their Service Reception area, we were treated with utmost respect and friendliness. Our Camry purchased at another dealership, needed its first 5000 mile complimentary service, and today was my first visit to Dublin Toyota in SFO bay-area. Quite frankly, I was skeptical and unsure if I should even go there, since it has mixed reviews with some terrible ones on their Sales side. In the past, I've frequented Lexus and Acura dealerships and have received their excellent services, but Dublin Toyota's Service Dept. (and especially Eric Davidson there,) exceeds all expectations and customer satisfaction needs. And the best part is....I get this great service at a far lower price than all the other dealerships I've visited in the past! More
Jonas did an amazing job at making sure my Toyota Sienna was serviced with quality and efficiency. I was shuttled to and from work while the vehicle was being fixed. Good customer service although often have to wait a long tome to drop off car at service reception which is annoying. Work is of a good standard although is costly (as per any dealership). The main things I appreciated about the service I received was that Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. I had been experiencing some airbag alerts which he was happy to ch received was that Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. I had been experiencing some airbag alerts which he was happy to check out for me - turned out it was related to a recall which he also had performed on my car. He was thorough in setting up the service for my Highlander, an explained everything that was to be done. When I picked up my car, he explained all the findings and recommendations. Definitely one of the best service advisors at Dublin Toyota. More

I have never filled out survey till now. Just one suggestion to all the readers please get second opinion about your vehicle before visiting Dublin Toyota. Service Advisors (Eric Davison) at this location are always trying to upsale package deals. If you refuse just expect a phone call because after leaving your vehicle at the dealership your service advisor will call definitnately after 2 hours to notify service tech. encountered a problem with the vehicle over the phone. Service Advisor expect you to give them permission over the phone to fix the problem and get $ 330.00 worth of unnecessary charges. The incident occurred with me on January 4th 2012 when Eric Davidson said my vehicle is missing 2 hoses which connects to the air filter over phone. I immediately went back to the dealership and walked with Eric Davidson to services area where my vehicle was located. It's now 12:20 pm nothing was done to my vehicle as we approached the front of my car the hood was open and Eric was explaining to me where the 2 hoses were missing from. One of the dublin toyota techician over heard our conversation so the technician looked inside and found both hoses were disconnected hidden in between transmission and air filter.Eric Davidson didn't apologize at all for lieing to me, but ready to charge me for the parts. Eric showed me the second problem which was oil spill which needed to be cleaned up. The oil was fresh, clean, and didn't mention anything in his prior 2 calls to me. I realized he was misleading me to believe someone else other than his service tech did this which will cost me to clean up along with my so call missing hoses $330.00. So if you were in my shoes will ou trust Eric Davidson after this incident. I went back in the evening to pick up my vehicle at 4:15 because he promise me everything will be done. I encountered Eric Davidson by the service office entrance he explained to me Highlander had another recall and the technician is uploading the software at the moment which was 4:15 pm. Eric said," hay can you sit in the waiting room" I realize how unprofessional by referring me hay instead of Mr. or Mrs. name. After waiting till 5:30 pm, I decided to speak with the service manager. I was very upset and rude to her and I apolized to her. I felt she needed to realize how I felt the entire day. After, hearing what I had to say she walked out to servcie office to speak with Eric Davidson to find out both side of the story and I respect that. She came back with Dwane assistant services manager who is pretending to know every about the incident so he tried to cover up the situatin by explainings to me that he saw the technician had oil all over the engine, but he was not aware of the two hoses Eric Davidson stated that was missing. Again, covering up for his associate hurt his own crediability. I appreciate the women manager for handling the situation promptly and understanding something did occur. I brought my vehicle and serviced my car only at this dealership for past 3 years, but this incident which stated at 9:00am till 5:45pm was unforgetable. One more thing stop filling out false surveys about Eric Davidson at 3:25 am in the morning to cover up his lies. Nobody will take the time to fill our survey at 3:25 am. " BE AWARE" More
I didn't have an appointment but I was seen promptly. Eric was very friendly and efficient and answered all of my questions. I had taken my car into one of those quickie oil change places and they did something as my Prius stalled/died less than 1/2 mile from the service shop. The service shop said it must be a hybrid thing and places and they did something as my Prius stalled/died less than 1/2 mile from the service shop. The service shop said it must be a hybrid thing and they did not know what was wrong. It was 4:00 pm and the Toyota service center said to have it towed in and they would help me. By the time the car was towed there it was 7:00 pm, but Eli helped to make what was turning out to be a horrible afternoon much better. I was looking at possibly being stranded 50 miles from home and no idea how to get there since it was so late. Not only did he take the car in for service that late in the evening, he figured out what was wrong, got it fixed that night, got me back on the road by 8 AND he helped to document that it was the other service shop's fault for the problem. Even though someone else was likely going to pay, Eli even made sure the price wasn't too bad for fixed part. Thank you so much, Toyota and Eli, for helping me out and getting me out the door and home after most shops are closed!! More
Ed was very professional and friendly. He explained the repair I needed in detail and reapired the car in a timely manner. He also checked my vehicle for recalls which it did have.
