The business office is the best and always there to lend a hand. The service department is terrific from the top down. The management team goes above and beyond for all their customers! Larry, Eli, Marcus and the whole team are the best in the business! I purchased three cars from Dublin Toyota this spring and the service on all three, the attention they have given and great personal service is the standard all dealers should strive to meet. Eli is so amazing that he even came to our home one evening to help us get off a flat tire off my daughters car that was just not cooperating. He used his brains and his Braun and saved the day! He told us to come in the next morning and repaired the tire saving me lots of money on a new tire. He was so concerned for my daughter's safety and made her first car repair experience a very positive one! I also love that when you call they know who you are and you are always treated and greeted warmly. It is so wonderful to have a family dealership our family can always count on and trust! I brought my 2008 Toyota Scion Xb in for a routine oil I brought my 2008 Toyota Scion Xb in for a routine oil change. My Service Adviser was Eli Hays, and he explained to that there was a recall on my s I brought my 2008 Toyota Scion Xb in for a routine oil change. My Service Adviser was Eli Hays, and he explained to that there was a recall on my starter and advised me to get it done with the oil change. I explained to him that I had to leave for work at 12:15 no later. He gave me his word that everything would be done in less than 2:30 hours. I received a phone call at 12:00 telling me that my car was done by Eli. I picked up my car and was out the door in time. On my way to work I started hearing a knocking sound coming from my engine. The next day I brought my car in back to Eli and told him what was going on. He had an awesome mechanic check out my car and heard the same thing and told me that this is going to take a day to look at the engine and see what’s really going on. So I had Eli write my paper work up and he also provided me with a rental. (2012 Toyota camry... AKA, ONE NICE xxx CAR).The next day I received a call from Eli stating that there might be a problem with my warranty Dept. not taking the claim. I called my warranty dept. and tried to find out what I needed to do. They were really helpful and explained everything to me and what I needed to get done. I gave Eli the ok to break down my engine. Eli was such a really big help to me and my family. He made sure I was taking care of 100%. A day later I received a phone call from Eli saying that the inspector just left the dealership and that he said the warranty more than likely will accept my claim. Next day I got the phone call and it was GREAT NEWS! Car was going to be taken care of 100%. Eli was off work the next two days, but my car started getting the new engine in the very next day. The next day Eli came into work to finish my paper work. 6 days after bringing my car into the shop my car was finally back to 100%! Thank you everyone at Dublin Toyota! You guys are the best at what you do, and even better you really care about your customers. THANK YOU ELI HAYS. You should be recognized for that true hard work, dedication, and sympathy that you have for the people you take time to help. The small trunk window on my 2004 Prius broke for unknown reasons. Eli was helpful on the phone, explained the process for ordering the part and getting the installation scheduled. He was also able to schedule the routine oil change service plus new windshield wipers. All the work was done in an 8 hour period in one day- which was better than I expected. The workers cleaned up all the bits of glass and vaccuumed the carpet in the trunk. More

Hamed recalled my name eventhough it had been over 10 months since my last service appointment and was extremely helpful by making sure the parts were in stock and made an appointment for the next morning (Saturday). I was very impressed by his professionalism and the way he handled my request. I do not put a lot of miles on my vehicle but I will continue to use this dealership for servicing my Highlander in the future. When I arrived at the dealership this morning, Tee Shurafa took care of accepting my vehicle and the work was completed in a efficient way. This was a very positive experience. More
