I usually do call couple dealers to find out the price and services. When ever I attempt to service my cars close to my hometown dealer, almost never happens. Other dealer representatives always look ways to earn more money. With Mr.Woodson just tell him what type of service you need and he will advise you his honest opinion and tell you what service your car really need. The reparir was completed timely and the price was accurately reflected in the estimate. While spending money on car servicing is not high on things I want to spend money on, I value work done correctly the first time and at a fair price. I received high quality customer service. I brought my Camry in for routine service and to fix squeaking breaks. I was not called about the car's status and had to call in myself. When I picked up the car, the routine service was done well, but squeaking breaks. I was not called about the car's status and had to call in myself. When I picked up the car, the routine service was done well, but the breaks still squeaked but now worse. The break pedal was soft, the auto door unlock disengaged, and the battery would no longer hold a charge even though it passed their test. I brought the car back and they fixed the soft break pedal, but they said the battery was now bad and that it "sometimes happens overnight" and that the rear brake drums were damaged, even though it passed their inspection the week before and I paid to have the brakes repaired. There was no apology for their poor workmanship or my having to bring the car back. They wanted me to pay another $300+ to repair the brakes and install a new battery. I declined and took my car somewhere else. More

I have always had a wonderful experience at Dublin Toyota - this is my first time meeting Eli and I was impressed with how he explained things to me and was very helpful. I love the Shuttle service. When I went to pick it up, it was busy and Leo (I think that is his name) asked me if I was there to pick up and he went and got my car so that when I had checked out, it was ready for me. Getting the needed appointment was easy and handled expeditiously and to my satisfaction. I was met by the assistant service manager, Ed Osborne, as soon as I arrived to drop off the vehicle for the required preventive maintenance service. Paperwork was handled quickly and all questions were answered. The dealership's courtesy shuttle took me back home and picked me up as soon as the car was ready. Upon pick-up, the car was clean and ready to be driven off. Again, Ed Osborne was ready for me, all aspects of the service were explained and the after service papers were prepared and I drove off as a satisfied customer. This preventive maintenance serve had been pre-paid, so no money was involved. I would recommend this dealership- both sales staff and service personnel to anyone. Thanks for a job well done. I had an issue with my car after a long trip from Arizona to see my children and grandchildren in Tri-Valley area. My "check engine light" came on half way up I5. I lived in the area before moving to Arizona so I went to your dealership to check it out. Aaron was very helpful and made me feel welcomed. He assured me it could be addressed and he would take care of it. It wasn't busy, so they were able to get my car right in. I left with family and Aaron checked in with me to give me updates. Due to the "dust storms" in AZ lately, the air filter was totally clogged up and car needed to be serviced. Aaron was very detailed and made sure my car was up to date on all the items and even gave me a discount that was running. I was impressed and felt he was looking out for my best interest. Don't see that often. I visit the Bay Area throughout the year and would definitely come back to your business. Thank you Aaron! More
