I'm new to the area I was looking for a dealership that did service on my Tacoma. Louis really helped me out and was very personable. The wait was longer than I was used to but it was only because there were quite a few other people there. To be honest, I didn't even mind the wait because I just went over and had a long breakfast at Mimi's Cafe which was right across the parking lot. I'm for sure going back to this dealership. More

Louis was very friendly but more than that he was very honest. He recommended that we take our vehicle back to the place that put on the new tires for them to re-balance them, since we had an issue with v honest. He recommended that we take our vehicle back to the place that put on the new tires for them to re-balance them, since we had an issue with vibration at 70 mph. we left the car for the 75k mile service and the car runs much better. We did just that and now the issue is resolved...thanks Louis! We have been loyal to Toyota dealerships for the three Totyota's that I have owned and will continue to do now that we live in the East Bay. More

I brought in my Camry Hybrid for a 60K service. Louis is an outstanding Service Advisor. In addition to being very knowledgable and helpful, he made my experience with Dublin Toyota very special. While doing a walk around my Camry, he noticed the body damage to the left rear fender. He recommend to have it repaired. He introduced me to Robert Sanchez of B & S Hacienda Auto Body Repair, who happened to walk by. After looking over the damage and explaining what would be done, Mr. Sanchez gave me a verbal estimate of $200 to straighten and tip up the fender. I agreed to the repair and had Dublin Toyota drop off the car to H & S after the 60K service was done. The repair work was expertly done. Louis gave me a copy of the estimate one would expect to pay for such a repair.....Louis thank you so much your help. Dublin Toyota Service Department is very professional. Richard C More
