Louis was very helpful when I called for an emergency service due to warning lights shown on my 2007 Prius. After I dropped off the Prius after hours due to towing service delay, he called me first thin service due to warning lights shown on my 2007 Prius. After I dropped off the Prius after hours due to towing service delay, he called me first thing in the next morning to ensure me that my Prius was in good hand and collected needed information for the repair service. He then called me to give me an estimate of the service charges as well as time to completed the work. When I came to pick up the Prius, he was very courteous and pleasant to both me and my wife. It took only a few minutes to complete the check out process and we were on our way home with the repaired Prius. We are very happy and satified with Louis's service and will tranfer our future routine maintenance of our Prius from another Toyota dealership to the Dublin Toyota. --Jim Wang, Livermore, CA More

There's not enough praise for the way Louis Lanza and Dublin Toyota treat their customers! Recently my car was brought in for a new key and to have the sun visor repaired. The sun visor had simply falle Dublin Toyota treat their customers! Recently my car was brought in for a new key and to have the sun visor repaired. The sun visor had simply fallen off the window. These sound like really minor items but Louis handled my many calls and concerns with aplomb. He was much more than professional in doing his job. He made me feel like This Car was his major project of the day. While handling a busy Friday afternoon, he made sure the car was ready to go before he went home...while fielding multiple calls from me. Each contact with Louis, by phone or in person, showed his true professionalism as well as his kindness. This additional customized service, done out of pure kindness, clearly demonstrates the highest level of customer service which one rarely meets nowadays. I called Dublin Toyota Service late Thursday and Ed Osborne picked up the phone. I explained that my 2006 Tundra developed very soft brakes. He was booked for Friday but offered to take my vehicle in Friday morning anyway if I could leave it with him for the day. Being safe conscience he said he would work it in, and correct the problem. He did - and that is the best service one could ask for. Five stars for Ed Osborne and 5 stars for Dublin Toyota. More

Louis Lanza and the rest of the service team at Dublin Toyota are awesome. They were attentive, made me feel welcome and fixed my problem within the day. The tech was so thorough that he even called me to Toyota are awesome. They were attentive, made me feel welcome and fixed my problem within the day.
