I worked with Harold today. Although, it was small work - my tire light was indicating malfunction; Harold took time to help me. He got my cars tire repaired, explained me State law for tire repairs. Great service! I came in with two problems. The first was addressed quickly, but the second one required me to return due to the part not being in stock and the time required to replace the part. The pa was addressed quickly, but the second one required me to return due to the part not being in stock and the time required to replace the part. The part came in much earlier than expected and was installed very quickly. Everything is now running well on my Prius. Thanks for the great service. More
Eric Davidson has been my guy for a few years now, servicing my Toyota Sequioa. He is awesome and always greets me with a smile and very friendly. Eric is just a pleasure to deal with. I was just there a few weeks ago because someone stoled my catylic converter. When I got there he checked my car out and immediatley new what the problem was. He gave me a rental and I was in & out in less than a half hr. He always takes care of my car and usually when I come for service I have my four children with me so he gets us in and out as quickly as possible. Thank goodness your dealership is close to shops and resturants so we can walk there while waiting for Eric to get my car serviced and he calls me when its ready. If my car isn't finished by the end of the day he always gets my rental ready as needed. He is always looking out for us :) Eric along with the other great service men & women at Dublin Toyota Scion are the best and service and quality is what you can expect there! More

I have only had to use the service department twice so far, but have had excellent experiences both times. I called last night and was able to make an appointment for service today. The service was complete and well-done. The rep offered to go on and do my oil change (already covered by my plan, so no cost)about a week early so that I wouldn't have to return again next week. He even offered me a wash of my filthy vehicle (which I gladly accepted). More
harold was very personable, explained what was going to be done, called me when the car was ready, went over the service points, called in a technician to answer a question then the technician took care of be done, called me when the car was ready, went over the service points, called in a technician to answer a question then the technician took care of what was bugging the driver (when in reverse, the beeping was constant and loud, so it was reduced to one beep) and helped me figure out what to do with the rear seat belts to keep them from slipping down the open space. Today I took my 2012 Toyota Corolla in for a first-time checkup. I was greeted by Harold Naipo and he made me feel welcome and comfortable even though I only had 1800 miles on my vehicle. I signed up for the FREE 5,000 miles(or 6 months)checkup. I was escorted to the customer waiting room to wait for the shuttle to take me to my home. Harold checked with the desk to make sure my shuttle would be going on time. When the car was finished, he called me and arranged to have the shuttle pick me up. Once there, he politely sat with me and explained each procedure that had been done on the vehicle. You see, I am a lady of advanced age (84) and want to be sure my car is perfectly safe. The service team is a great team there! They work diligently to get you in-and-out as fast as possible. The only thing I don't know yet is how pricy they are as I have a leased vehicle that has serv diligently to get you in-and-out as fast as possible. I came in for because my brakes had been squeaking since I purchased our 2008 Sequoia. Since the dealership informed us when we purchased the vehicle that they had put new brakes on the front two wheels. I I purchased our 2008 Sequoia. Since the dealership informed us when we purchased the vehicle that they had put new brakes on the front two wheels. I then brought the vehicle in because I assumed that I should not be hearing the squeaking since the brakes were new. They looked over the brakes and found that the rear brakes were the cause of the squeaking and replaced them at no cost to me simply for the trouble I had gone through the come down to the dealership and because I had just recently purchased the vehicle. I have been to many Toyota service centers but have never experienced the friendliness and speediness that this one carries. From being greeted and directed as I turned in, to Louie's hospitality as I took a experienced the friendliness and speediness that this one carries. From being greeted and directed as I turned in, to Louie's hospitality as I took a seat with my impatient pup, it was an overall great experience. Was told it'd be 2- 2 1/2 hours and my car was ready in one hour, car wash and oil change. Very impressed with this dealership! Thank you Louie and team! More
