I recently made a purchase from Dublin Toyota a Honda Accord 2003 Lx, So i took it home did not even have time to drive test it for some reasons i did not know. Anyway,i got home and discover the inner l Accord 2003 Lx, So i took it home did not even have time to drive test it for some reasons i did not know. Anyway,i got home and discover the inner light wasnt working so,i called chief of the sales department who assit in getting the car in the first place. He quickly ask me to bring it back and it was fix. So, few days later got to the gas station did not know how gas top cover works...So later I discover the check engine light came on and was like what? I havent had the car for one week and what is going on? So, i took i called chief again and he told me to bring it back and was connected to Matt. So, Matt did a great job by making sure everything was okay and the car was fix without no charges. Matt was very polite,respectful and more professional,he is up to the task doing his job in a vast and efficient manner. I hereby wish him all the best and that Toyota is blessed to have him on their team. More

I had the tire pressure light go on in my lexus 350. I stopped in, without an appointment, on Friday late afternoon. Since I was close to the 60,000 mile maintenance check, Joe recommended doing the maint stopped in, without an appointment, on Friday late afternoon. Since I was close to the 60,000 mile maintenance check, Joe recommended doing the maintenance, which I was reluctant to do at a Toyota dealer. Joe was able to perform the work that day, so I proceeded with the work. SOOO glad I did. I had a huge leak in the engine oil which required a Reseal of the timming cover. I would never had known there was a leak because it was not visible. When Joe gave me the news, I learned it would be covered under the extended warranty I purchased. Had Jarod (the mechanic) not caought this, I would be out $3200.00. Jarod came in on his day OFF to fix my car. I also learned the rotor was out of round and they fixed that as well. The entire job was completed the next day! To my heros at Toyota. I will be back. Gloria. More
