I went to Dublin Toyota because I needed a replacement tire (blown tire on the freeway). As a walk-in appointment I was greeted immediately and arranged for my tire replacement. They said they could complete the work in a couple of hours even though they were seriously busy that day. My service technician, David Kay, was great! He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. I was very impressed with the overall experience. The work was completed on time and at reasonable cost. Thanks to David and Dublin Toyota. More
From the moment I started working with Louie he was nothing but helpful. I was told by a tire dealership (not Toyota) that I needed 4 new tires. Louie and another person in service measured the tread depth and said that I was given very wrong information. I did however have a screw in one tire. They were great about getting it fixed that day even though I brought it in at 4:30 pm. He was understanding that I had children to put to bed so he got my vehicle back to me within 2 hours and it was even washed! Thank you Dublin Toyota! This is not the first time I've had to take my Sienna in and every time I get great service!! More
Louis Lanza was amazingly helpful with my service visit. Atma was very attentive when I described the symptoms to watch for before we went on a test drive, and was very patient during the test drive to find the symptoms I had described. He then provided a very detailed analysis to Louis to write up, which resulted in the problem getting fixed well. I am extremely satisfied with the service, and am very happy with my interactions with both gentlemen. More

Since I acquired my 2011 Rav4 last November, I have been getting it serviced at another Toyota dealer due to some previous unpleasant experiences at Dublin Toyota even though I live in Dublin. However, yesterday, after running over something on the highway, I drove my car into Dublin Toyota's service bay out of desperation. Louis Lanza came out to greet me after I had been told that someone would be out shortly. I showed him a piece of rubber that was hanging down and he quickly ran to locate a wrench to fix it on the spot. Apparently, I had run over something that dislodged the mud flap for my left rear tire. Louis secured it back on and sent me on my way. Crisis averted! I will definitely be contacting him for my next service appointment, coming up shortly. More
I took my car in for routine maintenance that was fully taken care of in advance by the Toyota Care package. The car was purchased here and they were excellent at working with me on payments and not pressu taken care of in advance by the Toyota Care package. The car was purchased here and they were excellent at working with me on payments and not pressuring me into a deal beyond my means. Even though I'd already paid for the Care package, they never once treated me any different from a customer they'd be making additional money from. They were friendly and quick and I will continue to go here as long as I am able. More
