The worst experience I have ever had purchasing a Jeep in all my life. Too many mistakes were made. After signing all the paperwork and a cashier's check in hand , the GM refused to sale the Jeep because he all my life. Too many mistakes were made. After signing all the paperwork and a cashier's check in hand , the GM refused to sale the Jeep because he said it was not safe. But I don't believe it. I think it was priced too low and sold it later for a higher price. Very disappointed in this experience. More

I purchased a new Buick Lacrosse in 2017. I could not be more pleased with the introduction to the new technologies which this vehicle had. The salesperson took valuable time demonstrating each aspect of what was available. he pointed out the portions of the manual which I should review if I wished. Better yet he took a piece of paper and recorded my passwords for me and wrote some simple steps to follow. This piece of paper stay with my manual and saves time if I do not recall something. My wife purchased another vehicle and the rapid run through of the the tech features was not helpful. Patience in instruction means so very much to the new car owner. The Service Department has been so kind and discussed every possible need and future need for service. More
Service girl is great. Not very happy with mechanics. Have to bring it back for a third time within 3 weeks. Truck was running fine until I brought it in for 65,000 mile maintenance. Significant Tag Issues We purchased a used truck from Don Ledford (2019 F250 Diesel) in May 2020 and wanted to keep our personalized tag. We wanted to do a simple tag trans We purchased a used truck from Don Ledford (2019 F250 Diesel) in May 2020 and wanted to keep our personalized tag. We wanted to do a simple tag transfer. Keep in mind that it's May! Supposedly, it was sent to the tag office and they sent it back stating that they couldn’t do that. The dealership resubmitted it and asked for a “J” tag due to the weight of the vehicle. Because they were unable to read what the dealership submitted, they returned it again! In the mean time, I’ve gone to the tag office and stood in line for 4 hours attempting to get a tag to find out that they don’t have paperwork. We were pulled over last week from a GA police (we live in Chattanooga,TN) and told to get this taken care of promptly!!! I don’t have a dealer drive out tag because it’s expired… both of them that they have provided. The truck was purchased in May and I should have a tag... it's mid July! Someone from Don Ledford needs to drive their happy self down to the tag office and stand in line and get this taken care of but they won't. I called Don Ledford twice today and no one would talk to me or return my call. They were suppose to call me “right back!” Guess what.. no one ever called me back!! Now the excuse is that I have to do an emissions check on the truck. Back in May when the truck was purchased, no emissions was required. If they had taken care of it then... we wouldn't be having this problem. They want to blame it all on me when I don't have any control of the situation. Excuses... Excuses.... I will never darken their doorstep again. If you're smart, you won't either. More
