My association with this dealer started in 2005 when I purchased a 2005 Buick Century. We drove that car for just shy of 125,000 miles and, although still in excellent condition we thought it was time to purchased a 2005 Buick Century. The prior experience with Don Ledford Buick indicated we should start there. This time we started on the internet and worked with Michael Ledford. He worked his schedule around ours; showed us several cars based on what we were looking for; he carefully explained differences between the vehicles and how each fit within the range we were looking at. His manner was very pleasant, he answered all of our questions. He arranged for the window tinting we requested and when we picked up the car it was spotless and had a full tank of gas. We have owned Buicks for some 25 years now and I suspect that down the road our next vehicle will be a Don Ledford Buick. Malcolm Thompson More

I currently own a 2008 Buick Enclave and it is the best vehicle I have EVER owned! From the sales transaction to my 50,0000 mile service (last Thursday), I have never been treated better by an auto dealership, the guys in the service department are so friendly and reliable and the sales associates (Debbie & Charles) are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Just to be honest, I would not classify myself a loyal GM customer. However, I cannot imagine doing business with anyone else other than Don Ledford's in Cleveland. Each member of their team treats each pe customer. However, I cannot imagine doing business with anyone else other than Don Ledford's in Cleveland. Each member of their team treats each person in my family with the utmost dignity and respect. They are friendly, professsional, and caring from parts to sevice to sales to management. We have been long time customers, and forsee the relationship only improving. They make owning a car an easy experience. Last year, my daughter had car trouble while away at college. She called Ken in the service department, who talked to her, calmed her fears, and gave her perfect advice on how to handle her problem, realizing it was not business for him, but for someone 200 miles away. That is what a great dealership does. Don Ledford's in Cleveland should be giving lessons to all of these places that give auto sales a bad name. We will continue to be "Don Ledford Loyal" as long as possible. More
I called this dealership about a used vehicle on their website and spoke with salesman Davin Perdue. I tell him I am interested in seeing the vehicle and will be coming from out of state. He convinces me into putting a $300 deposit on the vehicle late wednesday evening (after 6:00pm) to hold it for me and tells me if I do not like the vehicle I can have my deposit back. I tell him I am going out of town the following day and will come friday morning to see the vehicle. On friday morning at 9:00am I am having second thoughts about the vehicle so I call the dealership and tell Davin that I have changed my mind and would like my deposit back. He then tells me that my deposit is nonrefundable and that he told me so when I placed it, which is a total lie. I have since been unable to obtain a refund of my deposit. Avoid doing business with this dishonest dealership. More
