Charles Bolen was a great salesman Not pushy like some i have encountered. He was willing to go the extra mile and was patient while i and my wife drove several of the vehicles on the lot before making a d have encountered. Over all the people that we came in contact with were great and they stayed after hours to assist us. Mr Bolen even took the time to explain some of the features of the vehicle that we had just bought so that i would have some knowledge of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and especially the salesman, Charles Bolen. More

We contacted Michael to get more details about the car and decided to make a trip from our home in NC to purchase the car. Michael was very upfront and honest about the condition of the car which was practically brand new. When we arrived at Don Ledford the vehicle was exactly as described online and Michael had the vehicle ready to leave the lot and all the preliminary paper work in place to assure a quick transaction. Michael was very professional and great to work with. This was our first online purchase and would highly recommend Don Ledford in the future. More
I needed a new car and had searched everywhere in Knoxville for well over 2 months for an SUV with about a $450 a month car payment. I just stopped in at Don Ledford one day just to take a closer look at a Cadillac SRX and walked out with one that very day. I wish I had just gone to them from the get go. There was no hassle involving deal making, no annoying every day phone calls. I told them what other dealerships were offering and they came down well below the others' prices. Chad Akins, in particular, went out of his way to help me with a financing plan. The service work needed was done that day, and they helped me take care of everything all at once. Again, I could have saved myself a lot of stress had I just gone here from the start. My mom has to purchase a new car in the next couple weeks, and this is where she will go. As long as Don Ledford is around and as long as I will need a vehicle, advice, service work, this will be the only place I go from now on. More
We had the best experience with Don Ledford. The Toyota dealership and Ford dealership are no where near as supportive of our community events, to my knowledge. I really wanted a Toyota but chose a Cadillac strictly because this dealership is so generous to the different schools and organizations I am a part of. More
My association with this dealer started in 2005 when I purchased a 2005 Buick Century. We drove that car for just shy of 125,000 miles and, although still in excellent condition we thought it was time to purchased a 2005 Buick Century. The prior experience with Don Ledford Buick indicated we should start there. This time we started on the internet and worked with Michael Ledford. He worked his schedule around ours; showed us several cars based on what we were looking for; he carefully explained differences between the vehicles and how each fit within the range we were looking at. His manner was very pleasant, he answered all of our questions. He arranged for the window tinting we requested and when we picked up the car it was spotless and had a full tank of gas. We have owned Buicks for some 25 years now and I suspect that down the road our next vehicle will be a Don Ledford Buick. Malcolm Thompson More

Since we began buying our GM vehicles from Don Ledford (1989), we have been very impressed with both the sales and service. I currently own a 2008 Buick Enclave and it is the best vehicle I have EVER owned! From the sales transaction to my 50,0000 mile service (last Thursday), I have never been treated better by an auto dealership, the guys in the service department are so friendly and reliable and the sales associates (Debbie & Charles) are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Just to be honest, I would not classify myself a loyal GM customer. However, I cannot imagine doing business with anyone else other than Don Ledford's in Cleveland. Each member of their team treats each pe customer. However, I cannot imagine doing business with anyone else other than Don Ledford's in Cleveland. Each member of their team treats each person in my family with the utmost dignity and respect. They are friendly, professsional, and caring from parts to sevice to sales to management. We have been long time customers, and forsee the relationship only improving. They make owning a car an easy experience. Last year, my daughter had car trouble while away at college. She called Ken in the service department, who talked to her, calmed her fears, and gave her perfect advice on how to handle her problem, realizing it was not business for him, but for someone 200 miles away. That is what a great dealership does. Don Ledford's in Cleveland should be giving lessons to all of these places that give auto sales a bad name. We will continue to be "Don Ledford Loyal" as long as possible. More
