Very upsetting I went here with an open mind looking for a new suv. I have good credit and was open to any car. Let’s just say when I was push to say which car was my favorite I said well I like the renagades but it dosent have to be that they took that as only trying to get me a renegade and when the monthly payment was more then I wanted to pay instead of showing me a car within my range I was told they couldn’t help me. I left the dealer in tears and went and bought a brand new Mitsubishi at a different dealer. I would never shop here. They only want your money and treat you like it. You are not a person to them and they don’t even try to help meet your needs or get to know you. More

Horrible service department Went to dealer for state inspection made them aware of the problems I was having properly torquing the Lugnuts. Truck was still under bumper to bumper warranty 27,000 miles and they decided to run with it to charge the heck out of me they only wanted to address the rears and not the Fronts they said that they had no problem torquing them when I went home to check they weren’t leaving close to the manufacture torque spec called the guy to express my concerns and basically left to figure out the problem myself in resolve. More

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT buy a car from this place and by all means DO NOT EVER NEVER NEVER EVER have your vehicle serviced here...They will tell you there are all things wrong with your car that are not ...I just had my 2015 vehicle inspected by a very trustworthy garage where I lived in December and there was not one thing wrong with it,passed with flying colors,I take my vehicle here to be serviced at Diehl in Robinson for a simple fix just because they are alot closer since I have very recently moved ,with the heater and almost $5,000 later I still don't have my vehicle back,and they keep it n leave it outside so you have to pay for a rental car off of them.There are so many other things to say but I will not mention exactly how much the service employees are extremely lazy, ignorant, arrogant, fraudulent, lieing,foul mouthed,etc etc etc...And did I mention what fraudulent liars these people are including Corina Diehl,she teaches her employees well,she has screwed over my elderly neighbors and my mother and father as well a few yrs ago,and my parents actually wrote her a letter because she was "to busy to talk to them" for 4 months they tried to explain to her the problems they had with the lemon they bought from her, and gave up after the employees in the butler dealership told my parents to stop bothering them!! I will tell anyone and everyone I care for and love and even a complete stranger PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! IM SURE THIS WON'T BE THE FIRST TIME THE BBB WILL BE CONTACTED ABOUT THESE PEOPLE EITHER! And if you still buy from them,good luck I hope you have a huge bank account and lots of time on your hands to sit and wait two weeks for your car and have plenty of time on your hands to call them, because they won't call you and if they do they just lie about your car anyways,so it doesn't even do any good.they will drain you of everything you have and they are extremely pushy and when you call you get nothing but attitude from them because apparently they do not like to"be bothered" as you call and ask for your car back to get kids back and fourth to where they need to go and get back and fourth to work so you can pay their fraudulent bills they give you!I have to give a star to write a review,but these people deserve negative stars...They are pure evil!
