I went in with my boyfriend to look at a new dodge dart two weeks ago. I'm a female and didn't really know a lot about the car business so I made him come along. At the time I was currently driving a chrys two weeks ago. I'm a female and didn't really know a lot about the car business so I made him come along. At the time I was currently driving a chrysler 200 and always like/wanted the dodge dart. I didn't think it would be possible to get out of my chrysler so soon since it was a 2012. Well we ran into Ian who was very knowledgeable about his product and very respectful. Dan Myers was the sales manager we also spoke with. At the end of the deal at Diehl we felt like we met two new friends. It was weird we just met them but felt like we knew them for years. I would highly recommend this dealership. They didn't hassle us and didn't push me into a car I didn't want. At the end of the day I would definitely purchase my next car from Diehl. Prior to my purchase of the dart my car was getting an oil change at Monroeville Chrysler Jeep. The reason why I am mentioning their dealership is because of the poor customer service in their service department. By the way I was treated when I purchased my Dart I know their service department will be twenty times better to work with. Thank you everyone at Diehl. A very Happy Customer More

I was out shopping over the internet and at Local Dealerships. I went to Kelly's and Three Rivers and Mick's North Hills. They Offered the best family environment for me. There was a Play area for ki Dealerships. I went to Kelly's and Three Rivers and Mick's North Hills. They Offered the best family environment for me. On going issue with water damage that dealer says is "normal." When discussing problems with sales and body shop they become argumentative and short tempered. John DeFazio was our salesman. Mr. DeFazio was a pleasant individual; however, he did not go to bat for his customer. Mr. DeFazio did not know a lot about his products. He walked away when the sales manager was speaking with us. The first trip we made to the dealership was later in the store hours due to unexpected traffic delays; although we had made it to the dealership approximately an hour before closing, we were asked to schedule another appointment to come back. We of course understood it was close to closing time and despite our 1 1/2 hour commute (plus the traffic delays), we made an appointment to come back to discuss a potential sale. We shopped around a good bit in search of a new Dodge Durango. Although we did not make a purchase from many of the other dealerships we had visited, none of the other dealerships treated us the way Mick's Dodge treated us. Lenny, the sales manager, was not only rude he was arrogant. This "sales team" was absolutely the worst "team" I have ever encountered. It is one thing for a deal not to happen...for many reasons.....but to treat customers the way Mick's Dodge treats customers is absoulately ridiculous!!! Mick's Dodge was by far the worst dealership I have ever attempted to work with. Needless to say, they did not and never will get our business!! I was at Mick's Dodge on 11/15/11. On 11/19/11 I purchased the exact same Dodge Durango I was looking at at Mick's Dodge at another dealership! More
