So fixing must mean that the air bag light is on 24/7, the horn wont beep, and the radio malfunctions. But its "Not their fault" Stay away from this place. far far away. I will never purchase a dodge again.. More

2016 dart GT... Bodaciously AWESOME! I just bought my 2016 Dodge Dart GT from Diehl, I love this car but ...I've wanted a Dart GT since I first saw almost4 years ago. What a gem this car I just bought my 2016 Dodge Dart GT from Diehl, I love this car but ...I've wanted a Dart GT since I first saw almost4 years ago. What a gem this car is. It blends all of the design elements, size, equipment, performance at the price point I want. Everyone else's cars look alike... Regarding the product: What an underrated car this is. My GT rides quiet, corners flat, has an amazing touch screen, sound system, heated leather seats and steering wheel in addition to a huge sunroof and knockout sound system. Love my hood scoop and Mopar exterior package to ice this cake. ;) My salesperson Lisa was superior! She's genuinely nice, helpful , knowledgeable and kind. Her supeior product knowledge enabled her to help me get the car I wanted. Q, the sales manager is very courteous , respectful and really stepped up to the plate to make sure "the numbers" were what we needed in order to close the "buying aspect" of the deal. Brian, the Finance manager, was outstanding: respectful, quick, clear and concise in all aspects of the "paying for" the vehicle. I cant speak to service and reliability since i'm on day 2 of ownership but I gotta tell ya; I love my deal at Diehl!!! Jon More

After doing business with him, I would never go to anyone else. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Jeep come to Diehl in Robinson and ask for Ian. More

Horrible Customer Service - Overall Bad Experience with Jeep I have worked with a number of individuals from corporate Chrysler to individuals at this Diehl. My car had the transmission repaired twice before it I have worked with a number of individuals from corporate Chrysler to individuals at this Diehl. My car had the transmission repaired twice before it was finally replaced the third time. Of the 8 people I worked with throughout this experience, only 2 seemed upfront and helpful, knowledgeable. In the end the major issue is with a rental that I had, being hit while parked. Also due to the fact that I had the rental for longer than 30 days (repair time) disqualifies me for coverage through my credit card company, and Jeep/Chrysler, Bob Wolford, refused to do anything to cover the cost of $500 for the deductible. Throughout the process, I was extremely understanding and made it a point not make any individuals I spoke with feel like I'm upset with them personally, I am just trying to get this resolved, without having to jump through hoops. But speaking with anyone that can make even slight decisions is just attempting to patronize you and explain "these are corporate policies", "there is a cost justification analysis when making these decisions", and unfortunately, this works on a lot of people, but when a company is wrong you have to deal with a lot of this stuff to get things handled correctly. When the issue first arose, I was told by Diehl that I am not covered for a rental. Which was incorrect, so I called corporate Chrysler. I was put in a rental immediately without making any additional calls on my own, which was the smoothest experience I had this entire time. Everyone's tone changed after that and things appeared to be resolved. Within a week of picking the car up the same issue returned but Deihl did not argue with me that I wasn't covered for a rental this time, obviously I was. I got my car back the second time and the issue was "better" but the garage I typically have my car serviced at said the transmission was already leaking and it wouldn't last too long. The service department at Deihl said there couldn't be an issue and "If there is no issue, I have to pay the $95 diagnostic fee" in hopes of discouraging me of bringing my car back. So now I'm upset because I obviously understand what they're doing, and this is already taking so much time out of my life. So I went back with pictures of the leak and asked for the transmission to be replaced. This is when I was told "there is a cost analysis involved" and just generally patronized, when yes I understand there might be some but there is always grey area and when they may not be sure what I've been told already or it seems more convenient those options open. Finally, I'm dealing with the issue of the rental car I have being hit and attempting to deal directly with Bob Wolford, who does not seem to care in the slightest. This is especially true after the last transmission was replaced I had gotten my car back and I had no, I'll call it "immediate" argument for poor service, meaning they did not still have my car. In the end Bob never returned a phone call, I had to make 5-10 calls a day, sit on the phone for 45 minutes to see if I could get an answer. I was finally told that Bob was in a meeting but that "He was told by Jeep/Chrysler that they would not do anything. He tried but they will not do anything." He's a horrible manager but it seems like I'm not the first to mention that here. There seems to be a huge disconnect between corporate and the privately owned dealers but at the same time when I felt the dealer was trying to get out of providing me a service I clearly understood I qualified for, corporate Chrysler/Jeep made some phone calls and things were handled. I.E. the rental car. It seems they both use each other as a scapegoat when it is convenient, or the customer might feel they do not have any other options. This dealership consumed so much of my time this previous year and continues to do so right now. I have never written a bad review anywhere in my life. I am a person who thinks I don't even want to give an anonymous bad review because it could affect someone negatively, but I think it's justified here for anyone that is always too nice or doesn't ask the right questions, or just believes that this place is being honest.
