Oil change appt made on Tuesday with request for pick up & delivery service which we have used before, for on Friday. Sarah, who makes pick up/delivery arrangements was supposed to call or email me. I calle & delivery service which we have used before, for on Friday. Sarah, who makes pick up/delivery arrangements was supposed to call or email me. I called the dealership Wednesday to confirm pick up/delivery & was told yes, it’s on the order. On Friday my vehicle was not picked up. I called the dealership, spoke to 3 people before Mel in service told me Sarah was no longer there & her replacement didn’t start until Monday. Someone finally did come to take my vehicle in for service, but the whole situation was very frustrating. I guess Melwas the only person at Diehl Ford who knew Sarah no longer worked there. More
I really wish I could give this dealership a higher rating. They gave me a fair trade in value for my truck and the one I purchased was below market however, the entire process took extremelyyyy long. rating. The truck I got was also fairly dirty despite being “cleaned” for roughly an hour, hour and a half while I was in the purchasing process. The tank also was around 1/2 or so requiring me to fill up before I could drive up. I get that I bought a used truck but the fact that the tank was not filled like other dealerships I’ve gone to and the truck was dirty enough to where I had to detail it when I got home is pretty unfortunate. The salesman, Joe Shipley, I had was AMAZING. However, what wasn’t amazing, was the fact that I had to wait there for around FOUR HOURS waiting on finance. After my test drive and filling out the However, what wasn’t amazing, was the fact that I had to wait there for around FOUR HOURS waiting on finance. After my test drive and filling out the paperwork with Joe, there was around a half hour wait for me to get a notification that there was a new inquiry on my credit report. After that I had to wait for OVER three hours to FINALLY get into the finance office!!! So I’ve deducted one star because of that wait time. More
