We went to Waikem Nissan in 2009 to purchase a Versa and worked with Jarod Swinehart. Great experience so we gave Jarod a call yesterday and came back to look around the lot last night and ended up walking worked with Jarod Swinehart. Jarod walked us around the lot and showed us the Fords we were interested in and gave us the keys to test drive. He was held up with another client and asked that Connie Toussant take over who also did a great job answering our questions and going to bat for us on the price we wanted for a new vehicle. Ed and Louie were also a pleasure to work with. They even made our 12 year old daughter feel like part of the decision. ;) Love our new 2013 Ford Escape and look forward to working with Jarod, Connie, Ed, and Louie in the future. More

This dealership will provide the least details to rush you out with a purchase. They will take advantage of your excitement and will to buy a new car leaving you with no direction and false hope. I bought my car at waikem ford, and it is my fault i didnt ask more questions... Nobody told me the car was from the waikem honda lot and i would have to call or go there with any questions, leaving me frustrated when no one could help me at ford less than a month after my purchase. My car salesman acted as if there was no issue gettig my spare key, and i ended up having to go back and forth from honda and ford until they made the request. I learned my lesson the hard way, if you hear a squeek in your brakes dont assume it was do to the vehicle sitting, because waikem doesnt care that this was obviously a problem when it was purchased. Typical car dealership trying to meet their goals and not care about what they are selling. Never will i go to waikem or recommend this dealership to anyone. Not to mention that their liquidation salesman had no knowledge about cars and very annoying. Wish i would have went somewhere else:( More
