The Employes are very curtious and they give you personal service as well, even provide you transportation home if your vehicle will take awhile to get serviced. Usely the wait isn't long. The work they done was very very very good work, I am extremely satified with A.V. Ford's Service Center. I am very pleased with every aspect of the service department at Antelope Valley Ford.My service advisor, Adrian Toma, was very knowledgable and helpful in answering questions that I had about my For department at Antelope Valley Ford.My service advisor, Adrian Toma, was very knowledgable and helpful in answering questions that I had about my Ford Fusion. He made sure that my car was dealt with in a timely manner when I brought it in to be serviced. I felt that it was important to him that I was properly informed and taken care of. The service technician even came out and explained the part in detail to me that had to be ordered. The young lady at the window where I checked out after my servicing was was friendly too. This undoubtedly has been the best service department to deal with out of all of the different cars I have owned through the years (most of which were foreign). More
I brought my 2007 Expedition in for the 30,000 mile service and Adrian assisted me as my service advisor. I have been using Antelope Valley Ford for several years I feel that they always have done a gr service and Adrian assisted me as my service advisor. I have been using Antelope Valley Ford for several years I feel that they always have done a great job keeping my Ford vehicle properly maintained. All the AV Ford employees I have worked with have been friendly and pleasant to work with. The work is always finished on time as promised and they provide great quality at a reaonable price. My visit was pleasant. The advisor was friendly and let me know that I could wait for my service, since it was only for an oil change & tire rotation. The price is higher that what I've paid at another lo me know that I could wait for my service, since it was only for an oil change & tire rotation. The price is higher that what I've paid at another locations; however, I realize labor costs are included so the price is a bit higher. The cashier was very nice and let me know that I could get an extra key made within 1 hour and assisted me in making an appointment to make that happen. I've been with only 1 key since I purchase the vehicle. Thank you AV Ford! More

I brought my 06 F-150 in for the 75000 mile service and was referred to Adrian as my service advisor. I have been dealing with Adrian for years and feel that he always has done his best to keep my vehicles was referred to Adrian as my service advisor. I have been dealing with Adrian for years and feel that he always has done his best to keep my vehicles properly maintained. I also have a 98 windstar van that I purchased from this dealership that has 280,000 miles on it and still runs great as my everyday commuter. Everybody I have ever spoke with there has been sincerly helpfull and has always had a smile in their voice. The work is always done promptly and there are never any unexpected surprises on the bill when it's done. More
I came into the service department without an appointment because my battery would not crank properly. The service department did a battery test to determine the cause and found that it had a bad cell. The because my battery would not crank properly. I'm and owner of a 2005 Ford Freestar Van. Our van has an automatic lift gate. One day when trying to use the open cycle on the auto lift gate the lift gate would open to about 3/4 open then fall back down. automatic lift gate. I look at the gas struts and determined that they were leaking. I ordered new struts from Ford and replaced them. I tried to reset the Auto Lift Gate per owner’s manual with no success. So I asked my wife to take the van to the dealer for repair. We were also getting a strange noise out of the engine compartment when turning corners. I wanted the dealer to look at that problem as well. To my surprise since a separate tech had to look at my van for each problem we were charged an $88.88 diagnosis fee each problem $177.76 (I'm glad I didn't need my windshield wiper replaced). As it turned out they recalibrated the Lift gate auto cycle system it works fine (no parts were replaced) The other problem we were told that our power steering pump was bad and needed replacement. The bill would have been $200 for a new pump and approx $150 labor. I decided not to have the dealer do the work since I could get a rebuilt pump for $65. We would lose by paying the second diagnosis fee ($88.88), but I figured I would save money on my labor to install it. I bought a pump and was about to install it when I decided to open the power steering pump fluid reservoir. To my dismay the fluid was low. I added about 3 oz of fluid. Started my van turned the steering wheel all the way to the left and then to the right. I took a test drive and the noise was gone. Problem solved. I feel that if I had let the dealer replace my pump I would be out about $350. I would have never known that my pump was not the problem. The tech should have checked the fluid first. I called the dealership and asked for my $88.88 diagnosis fee back because they didn't diagnose my problem correctly. I've been given the run around one returned call. I not sure if they intent to give me my money back. Beware of taking your vehicle to Antelope valley Ford. They seem to have some very bad techs or some very dishonest ones. I really can't say for sure. Shawna was nice the other people I forget the names never returned my call. More
