When I first walked in I thought that Keri was brushing me off because she was talking fast but boy was I WRONG. While i waited i chated with a gentleman who is retired by the name of Jack(please excuse if I got his name wrong)who offered me one of the best cups of coffee I have had in a long time, he even gave me a couple of tips on trading stocks. The service is fast and accurate unlike the typical garage/mechanic shop, where you go and have to wait hours while you have to bear the ungodly cigarette smoke and foul language.I will absolutely be going back and will not be taking my Ford F150 to anyone else. I received excellent and speedy service this last time. I had communicated that I did not have a car and Ray had my truck put in on a part replacement under warranty immediately and the service was done with had communicated that I did not have a car and Ray had my truck put in on a part replacement under warranty immediately and the service was done within 2 hours as stated. I was extremely happy and even gave him a hug! I appreciate the customer care I recaive because I can go to any dealership with my truck, so this is the most important thing for me. Went in to get tires balanced due to vibration. Keri pointed out where tires had almost worn through due to bad alignment.
