Beyond that, they have close relationships with the service technicians, with whom they work “hand-in-hand” to stay abreast of the repair status and make sure the guys in the shop understand the customer concerns. One actually feels good about leaving a car there. These ladies at AV Ford provide the finest service experience I’ve ever encountered. Although this is a Ford, Lincoln, Mercury dealer, I’m going to bring my Chrysler, Jeep and GMC vehicles to the Quick Lane for service from now on. Kathy and Keri both say “We’ll take em’!” This is one unique Car Repair Shop. More

I received excellent and speedy service this last time. I had communicated that I did not have a car and Ray had my truck put in on a part replacement under warranty immediately and the service was done with had communicated that I did not have a car and Ray had my truck put in on a part replacement under warranty immediately and the service was done within 2 hours as stated. I was extremely happy and even gave him a hug! I appreciate the customer care I recaive because I can go to any dealership with my truck, so this is the most important thing for me. I use to be down in North Hollywood with a dealership for over 24 years, since I bought my first car at 16, because of the quality of service and mostly the customer service I ALWAYS received. I Recommend thier technicians & new quicklane facitliy which is customer friendly and provide expedient repairs. They also provide a firendly shuttle service that will pick/drop you off where your need to be while your vehicle is being serviced. More

Went in to get tires balanced due to vibration. Keri pointed out where tires had almost worn through due to bad alignment.
