I recently purchased a vehicle, Ford Five Hundred at a different dealership. I took my vehicle for the first time for an oil change. Kathy assisted me. She was very professional and curtious. Kathy examined my key and informed me that she could have another one made for me. Kathy sold me a new key, and an oil change, and inclusive provided me with a membership rewards card the allows me to save everytime i get service. I was satisfied with the service that Kathy gave me. She made a big difference and i felt that i established a relationship with AV Ford. I took my truck in to take advantage of a great special for an oil change and filter. Ray from the Service Dept. called and pointed out the truck needed new brake pads. Dropped my truck off the night before using their "Drop Box" for my keys, super convenient for me. Got a call before 10;00am that the service was done and it was ready for pick-up. I had asked if it could be done by 2:00pm, so before 10:00am was great! When my wife went to pick it up, they had even done an exterior wash which it desperately needed. I did not know they would be doing that, so it was a nice touch. The price is also right. Another dealer near my work charges what seems like double for the same service.
