I took my truck in to take advantage of a great special for an oil change and filter. Ray from the Service Dept. called and pointed out the truck needed new brake pads. Dropped my truck off the night before using their "Drop Box" for my keys, super convenient for me. Got a call before 10;00am that the service was done and it was ready for pick-up. I did not know they would be doing that, so it was a nice touch. The price is also right. Another dealer near my work charges what seems like double for the same service. When I first walked in I thought that Keri was brushing me off because she was talking fast but boy was I WRONG. While i waited i chated with a gentleman who is retired by the name of Jack(please excuse if I got his name wrong)who offered me one of the best cups of coffee I have had in a long time, he even gave me a couple of tips on trading stocks. The service is fast and accurate unlike the typical garage/mechanic shop, where you go and have to wait hours while you have to bear the ungodly cigarette smoke and foul language.I will absolutely be going back and will not be taking my Ford F150 to anyone else.
