I've been coming here for 7 years. The service is good. Appts. are kept to the time, and the technicians explain things if you have questions. These people are really good at customer satisfaction. I bought my last 3 cars off of them. My wife and I are treated so good with the extra care these people take of my cars, I would never take them anywhe bought my last 3 cars off of them. I never get to see or know the mechanics because they are always working hard in the back. But I would love to thank them personally for the excellent work they ALWAYS do on all my cars. I tell my friends that these are the "GO TO" guys in our area when you have a car problem that no one else know how to fix. I have been a steady AV Ford customer for 11 years now and I have never known anyone at this dealership to be dishonest, sneaky, or underhanded in any of my business dealings. This is why my wife and I recommend these guys to our friends, and why we remain loyal to this dealership. We are so happy we have a good Ford dealership like this right here in Lancaster. More

My wife and I bought a Ford Explorer there last year. The experience looking back on it was horrible. People always joke about car salespeople being as sleazy and low as they come, believe me, it's true at t experience looking back on it was horrible. The only reason we got the car was because the "employee pricing" promotion was coming to an end but the people there were awful to deal with. We were for a good 4 or so hours, with a 1 year old, and not once did any of the people we dealt with offer even a glass of water. I later took the car for an oil change and that time they gave me the car without one of my floor mats, I had to call them back and ask them where they had it so I could go pick it up. They promised coupons, specials, etc, and have yet to receive any. I bought a new Kia Sorento a couple of months ago at AV Kia, way better customer service. Would definitely recommend them instead. More
