Service office reps are not female customer focused I had an appointment with the Service dept at this Ford dealership. I arrived a few minutes early and two male reps were on the phone. Another male cu I had an appointment with the Service dept at this Ford dealership. I arrived a few minutes early and two male reps were on the phone. Another male customer walked in behind me a few minutes later. When the first rep got off of the phone, he immediately started speaking to the gentleman behind me, completely ignoring the fact that I was standing there. I was about to say something when a young woman walked up to the cashier's window. I approached her and explained that it was my first time at that location and I wanted to make sure I was in the right place. She looked up my information and verified that I was, she told me my service advisor was the rep who was still on the phone and stated the he would be with me momentarily. When he got off the phone, he asked how he could help me. I described my car issue, he looked it up in his computer and then told me I was in the wrong location. He directed me to the Quick Lane service department next door. I drove to the secondary service location and the lady at the desk told me the first location I had gone to was correct but that she would help me anyway since her service center was able to handle my car's repair. I described what occurred earlier at the other service office and she responded "I get that feedback a lot". She gave me her card and told me in the future, to bring my car to her Quick Lane service site. She said they can handle almost all repairs. More
After you give them a sale...you mean nothing. I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion about 2 weeks ago. When I purchased the vehicle it was at night so I couldn't see any faults in the car. The next day i I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion about 2 weeks ago. When I purchased the vehicle it was at night so I couldn't see any faults in the car. The next day i see that there are 3 huge gauges in my glove compartment. On a new car I don't expect to see such things & on top of that my tire pressure alert comes on. So I call my salesman and he says come in so we can take a look at what is going on.. So I drive out to the dealership, he takes a look at the scratches and says he will bring it over the service department to see if they can fix it. Apparently the main service manager is not there that day so he didn't have any answer, but he took some pictures and said he would let me know what the service manager will say. A couple days later my salesman calls me and says they can fix my glove compartment & my tire pressure problem, I just have to come back to the dealership so they can take a look at it, then they will order the part for the new glove compartment, then I will need to come back AGAIN when the part arrives. Keep in mind this is like the third time coming out to the dealership after I had purchased the car & i live about 30 minutes from the dealership. I have tried to ask my salesman & a sales manager if they could just order the part without me coming back out there but I have received no response so far. I am very frustrated with the service and treatment I am receiving. I love my new ford fusion and I just want my glove compartment & tire fixed. So aggravated & it better get resolved soon. More
Bait and switch The only reason why I rate this one star is because of the bait and switch. I showed up at the dealer on 6/20/ 2016 because of a sign shown on multipl The only reason why I rate this one star is because of the bait and switch. I showed up at the dealer on 6/20/ 2016 because of a sign shown on multiple vehicle windows saying $5,000 off and 0% APR for the next 72 months I spoke with Henton and Sal . After they had ran my credit they had told me that offer was for Memorial Day and they had forgot to remove that sign, and would not honor it told by Sal. They told me to come back on Independence Day and they should have 0% for 72 months. Today is 4th of July and I showed up at the dealer because I saw a email online saying $6000 cash back and 0% for the next 72 months and on their website. At that time I was greeted by Manuel. He told me that they should be able to honor it. He took my wife for a test drive as I spoke to the manager Bob heninger. I told them I came in because of an email. I showed him the email and a deal online which was valid till July 5th. He told me they can only give me $4000 and 0% APR for the next 72 months not $6000 I told him why if your deal shows this $6000 cash back and 0% APR for the next 72 months I showed him the email and that it says it on their website and the pictures I took last time I was there. The sales manager told me sorry but they cannot honor it. Plus they had gave me a higher price for the car then the last time I showed up and I told him last time I came in the price was lower than you're price right now. They just gave me the run-around. I told him it was a bait and switch. Will not buy a car from them. More

They screwed me on the purchase, they refused to honor recall notices or warranty work. Then they back peddle on agreements made for fixing their product. Then bring me in with an offer of 8015.00 to buy back my car when really they only were going to pay me 2500.00 when I got there! Doug killebrew is a liar, the slaesmen are cheats and the service people are scam artists! Go anywhere else than here!!!!! More
TERRIBLE After being a very loyal AV ford customer i can honestly say i will never buy a vehicle from them again! When i bought my 2016 ford focus titanium eve After being a very loyal AV ford customer i can honestly say i will never buy a vehicle from them again! When i bought my 2016 ford focus titanium everything was amazing and service has been nothing but good to me. When i seen they had a clean looking 2002 F150 on the lot i decided to purchase that also. I was dealing with Jeet and everything seemed great , Guess it was too good to be true! I had to wait for the truck to go through its safety inspection before i could test drive it (which is more than fine with me). I got a call saying the truck was ready for me to pick up but i needed to get there asap , seemed strange but i took the day off work and headed down to AVF. I was told the truck had a fresh oil change and the safety inspection showed it was in perfect working order. i ended up buying the truck and was super happy with my investment. I wake up the next morning to a HUGE oil spot( about 1/4-1/2 qt) on my brand new driveway, at this point i started to freak out a little bit. I checked the oil and it was super DARK (guess they lied about that fresh oil change) so i get under the truck only to find the whole bottom of the motor was completely covered in oil. I really should have looked under the engine before leaving but I was under the impression the 170 point inspection covered all that. I tried calling Jeet for 4 days straight with no luck, I'm not sure if he was dodging me or if he was really that busy to not be able to call some back. After getting the run around from everyone i was told that I'm SOL because the "warranty" i thought the truck came with is only good for AVF to help pay for fixes on the truck. A truck that leaks 1/4 qt of oil in one night is 100% not safe, with it leaking that much oil I could have lost control and crashed the car on the way home. it's very upsetting that they think it's OK to screw over a customer like that. Since AVF doesn't want to help fix this mess i guess my only other option will be to seek legal help so this type of crap doesn't every happen to anyone else! More
Great Service Overall a very good experience. We bought a new F150 and Carlos did a great job informing us about the new features in the new F150s--they have alumin Overall a very good experience. We bought a new F150 and Carlos did a great job informing us about the new features in the new F150s--they have aluminum instead of steel panels! Lashawn helped us get the payment we wanted, and we thought we could not get approved but he made it possible! Everyone was so nice to us while we were there, and it looked like everyone really enjoyed working there, smiles and lots of humor, which made a huge difference in our experience overall. Thank you so much. More
I bought two cars the same day and ordered a few extra parts with both, which were never there on the day of purchase. Then I was promised they would be shipped to me, but never did, and when i call and parts with both, which were never there on the day of purchase. Then I was promised they would be shipped to me, but never did, and when i call and check on it, I ALWAYS get the run around and end up empty handed. When i asked to talk with sales manager and try to explain the situation, i was made fun of for my not so perfect English. i have all the receipts for the extra parts.. I am very frustrated.. Very bad experience overall, would NEVER go back there and would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. It seems they will do anything they can to have you buy a car, but would never follow through when it comes to deliver. My family and I were never treated like that by any car dealer, and I won't forget to mention some bad words from one of their representatives. We are very disappointment. More
I was out of state and needed a service on my Ford F350 dually 1 ton pickup. (diesel) The mechanic accidentally broke my radiator and they replaced it at their cost. A week later I started having a leaking dually 1 ton pickup. (diesel) The mechanic accidentally broke my radiator and they replaced it at their cost. A week later I started having a leaking problem. T went to my usual Ford Dealership and upon inspection they found Antelope Valley Ford had put in the wrong radiator plus the radiator had a faulty valve and was leaking transmission fluid. The radiator was actually half the size of my radiator and was for a Ford F150 (not 350) and for a gas engine (not diesel)! The new and proper radiator I had to have installed cost me $587.00. I called AVF and reported the problem asking for my expenses to be reimbursed. It is now a week later and I finally find out after many unanswered phone calls that AVF did not replace the radiator, they sent it out to a radiator shop. The radiator shop says the radiator they installed was sufficient for the pickup. So AVF and their preferred radiator shop can't seem to decide who is responsible. I pull travel trailers and 5th wheels all over the western US and Canada delivering them to the dealerships. Some are very heavy. The radiator shop claiming the radiator they installed was sufficient...I doubt they knew my profession? I feel that AVF is ultimately responsible. They had my vehicle which they broke, with out my knowledge they sent it to someone else to fix and did it improperly..Now i have had to pay the price. Although I thought the people in the Quick Service Lane were very nice..I will never ever stop at Antelope Valley Ford again! More
Spent 3 hours at dealer on Friday trying to make a deal on a used Lincoln MKT. At the end we were $25 apart ($550 vs $575) and I decided to think about it. After receiving an email from the dealership on a used Lincoln MKT. At the end we were $25 apart ($550 vs $575) and I decided to think about it. After receiving an email from the dealership on Saturday asking what they could do to earn my business, I decided to go back in and offer to split the difference with them and close the deal. To my surprise, when I arrived, I found that not only would they not split the difference, the offer they quoted me on Friday was no longer valid and the monthly payment had increased by $14 to $589. I decided to pass. My only reason for writing this is that it appears to be a pattern with this dealer. A few years back I was buying a car. I had finalized the deal and signing the paperwork only to find that they changed the interest rate to a much higher amount. I didn't buy that car either. Avoid Antelope Valley Ford like the plague! There are many other dealers to choose from in SoCal! More
