They really listened to my needs and terms that I mentioned in order to purchase a new car. Guess what happened? They were met in addition to other great add-ons to my new car purchase!!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

I contacted the dealership and was given the run around and told it's just a letter and it's fine to drive.then said they'll contact me in a month or so when they have the parts. So I called Ford headquarters and talked to customer support and they said I should be given a rental vehicle so they three way called to antelope valley Ford and the customer service manager said yes I will get you a rental tomorrow because it's to late today. So days pass and no call back. So I call back to the dealership and they say they lost my paperwork so they couldn't call back. But when I was on the phone I was supposedly entered into the computer. But once again no rental car needed. So back to calling headquarters again a three way call and again the same thing it'll be tomorrow. Big surprise no call back. For days going back and forth. So finally they get my parts and and the customer service manager Jessica desjardins (who I had been in contact with since the beginning) says your parts are in when would you like your vehicle towed in because you're not supposed to drive it. I said really you didn't care weeks ago when I contacted you. So I ask for some kind of compensation and of course nothing. I guess it all comes out of my pocket. More
Liars I was told I could turn in my lease up to 6 months early. When I went to turn it in, I was told I had to continue making the payments. As in give them I was told I could turn in my lease up to 6 months early. When I went to turn it in, I was told I had to continue making the payments. As in give them the car and keep paying for it. I understand that a lease is 36 months but they need to be accountable for the things they tell people. They were VERY patronizing. I have a masters degree. Don’t tell me the same thing 4 times. More
Fraudulent CPO Rating Stay away! Even if they have what you are looking for at a competitive price it's not worth the hassle of dealing with these nitwits. Absolutely zero Stay away! Even if they have what you are looking for at a competitive price it's not worth the hassle of dealing with these nitwits. Absolutely zero customer service skills. GM actually told me "I don't know what to tell you if you honestly believe ALL of our CPO (Certified Per-Owned vehicles pass Ford's 172 point inspection". Really?? Isn't that what I'm paying for? Total crooks!! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!! More
Service office reps are not female customer focused I had an appointment with the Service dept at this Ford dealership. I arrived a few minutes early and two male reps were on the phone. Another male cu I had an appointment with the Service dept at this Ford dealership. I arrived a few minutes early and two male reps were on the phone. Another male customer walked in behind me a few minutes later. When the first rep got off of the phone, he immediately started speaking to the gentleman behind me, completely ignoring the fact that I was standing there. I was about to say something when a young woman walked up to the cashier's window. I approached her and explained that it was my first time at that location and I wanted to make sure I was in the right place. She looked up my information and verified that I was, she told me my service advisor was the rep who was still on the phone and stated the he would be with me momentarily. When he got off the phone, he asked how he could help me. I described my car issue, he looked it up in his computer and then told me I was in the wrong location. He directed me to the Quick Lane service department next door. I drove to the secondary service location and the lady at the desk told me the first location I had gone to was correct but that she would help me anyway since her service center was able to handle my car's repair. I described what occurred earlier at the other service office and she responded "I get that feedback a lot". She gave me her card and told me in the future, to bring my car to her Quick Lane service site. She said they can handle almost all repairs. More
After you give them a sale...you mean nothing. I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion about 2 weeks ago. When I purchased the vehicle it was at night so I couldn't see any faults in the car. The next day i I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion about 2 weeks ago. When I purchased the vehicle it was at night so I couldn't see any faults in the car. The next day i see that there are 3 huge gauges in my glove compartment. On a new car I don't expect to see such things & on top of that my tire pressure alert comes on. So I call my salesman and he says come in so we can take a look at what is going on.. So I drive out to the dealership, he takes a look at the scratches and says he will bring it over the service department to see if they can fix it. Apparently the main service manager is not there that day so he didn't have any answer, but he took some pictures and said he would let me know what the service manager will say. A couple days later my salesman calls me and says they can fix my glove compartment & my tire pressure problem, I just have to come back to the dealership so they can take a look at it, then they will order the part for the new glove compartment, then I will need to come back AGAIN when the part arrives. Keep in mind this is like the third time coming out to the dealership after I had purchased the car & i live about 30 minutes from the dealership. I have tried to ask my salesman & a sales manager if they could just order the part without me coming back out there but I have received no response so far. I am very frustrated with the service and treatment I am receiving. I love my new ford fusion and I just want my glove compartment & tire fixed. So aggravated & it better get resolved soon. More
