Went in for a service appointment regarding a recall and it all went smooth as per usual. Appointment took about 2 hours which wasn't bad considering they were performing not only recall work but also doing it all went smooth as per usual. We have been taking our Expedition to the Ford service department since we first purchased it and every time they have come through for us. Whether by fixing whatever issue the car has had in the past and currently, whether by answering all our questions or by listening to all our concerns and offering advise. Our advisor has always been accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful and communicative. We have no complaints at all and we will definitely keep going back to Ford service department to continue getting the maintenance done on our vehicle to keep it running for a long time. More

They took care of me and my vehicle as if I were a sitting Queen. Checked me in quickly and Mr. Dan DiGiovanni even sent an Uber to pick me up so quickly that I had not even walked over to the taxi s sitting Queen.
