Service and employees were nice and professional , however what’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait for 3 hours in the waiting area. Robert really went to bat for me to ensure I got the deal I wanted. Back at the dealership, David, the finance guy, helped work the numbers to fit my budget and included the warranty I was looking for. Then I met with the finance director, Derek, who was incredibly professional and personable, embodying the values of a respectful, God-loving family man. His service was exemplary. After buying many cars in my lifetime, I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and enjoyable this purchase was. They attempted to do a recall on my Super cruise. While trying to upload new maps, they tried the controller module. I was told that the part was on backorder and would take a while, that was over a While trying to upload new maps, they tried the controller module. When I called to check up on where we were at I was told that it was basically my problem to deal with not theirs That recall had expired and there was nothing that they could do about it.
