I tried to trade in my vehicle back in 2007 and was convinced not to. I was told I would get a better deal if I purchased a vehicle without the trade in. I voluntarily reposessed my old vehicle and b convinced not to. I was told I would get a better deal if I purchased a vehicle without the trade in. I voluntarily reposessed my old vehicle and bought the new one I was told I would get cheaper insurance even though my car payments would be more than I wanted. That didn't happen the Insurance was a DISASTER! I am still struggling with issues with that same insurance company. I was given a quote on a price I now pay almost $100.00 more than that quote. oh and then they added the gap coverage which raised my payment by $20.00 more a month. Overall Not a good experience, financially but they were all sweet as pie, very nice, pleasant and clean store. I would not have referred anyone after that, but I can say I have seen new staff and I think things may be getting better! Women do your homework, get other quotes in other places , don't feel forced into making ANY decisions, wait a couple days. More
This was by far my worst sales exp. ever, the manager jay told me nothing that made sense, I asked questions I knew the answers too and I got fake answers, as he looked at me with a dumb stare, he did nothin told me nothing that made sense, I asked questions I knew the answers too and I got fake answers, as he looked at me with a dumb stare, he did nothing but gaves me fake answers and showed me a car that was not even close to my price range or what I was looking for. this man was a joke, and the dealership looked like a crap hole. I will never go back here. More

On June 30, 2008,On a Saturday I went in to co-sign for my niece's auto loan. When I was given the papers, they had me sign above my niece's name. I said that I was the co-signer and they said yes, but you my niece's auto loan. When I was given the papers, they had me sign above my niece's name. I said that I was the co-signer and they said yes, but you have the better credit. you sign at the top. That didn't seem right to me, but I signed. The terms were terrible for a person with good credit 15.999% and I admit I should have walked away, but I didn't because they were so persuasive. Monday, they telephoned my niece and said that the financial co. said we had to live at the same address in order for the loan to go through because, since "911" the rules had changed for security purposes.I said absolutely not. Take the car back. She did, but they refused to take it back. They said that they would talk to the bank/finance co. This went on for 4 wks. Angie brought the car back 3 times during the interval, but they pursuaded her to take it home again. When I would not change my mind. They said that they had a "new" finance manager at the dealership, and she, Jessica Reynolds, would handle the issue, and that we would have to sign new papers because the Vin number was incorrect on the papers. I checked the car. It was identical to # on the papers. They also give you a paper that says We Owe/delivery agreement and the only thing typed on it is "2nd key once deal processed w/ lender. And they tell to you sign for your 2nd set of keys. But that's not what it is. And they tell you that's what your signing for. But what you're actually signing is even if they have done something that has made the agreement invalid, the customer is still liable, after 30 days. So they kept my niece coming back until the appointment they made with us for 2 days after the 30days was up. They were determined to force this sale. I need a car myself and if this had been a good experience I probably would have gone to them for my own vehicle. That's not going to happen. They also added a charge of $1400.00 that was for absolutely nothing. More
I came to this dialership because of a phone call where Dave promised me low rates and great price. When I told rep my credit score (650) he told me it is possible to have a 04 BMW 745i ($40000) for as low Dave promised me low rates and great price. When I told rep my credit score (650) he told me it is possible to have a 04 BMW 745i ($40000) for as low as $645 a month. When they got my SS# they start running my credit and try to find a finance with credit unions. I was told that no one wants me and they can do only $800/month and $500 down. And it was a long story what Dave told me about purchasing this car (trick with the dealership). And I was still ok with it and signed the offer. I took it for a weekend home but got a phone call from Dave next day. He told me that this deal was not approved by credit union. The lowest rate they want is 16% and $945/month for 72 months. They promised me 100% that I can refinance it in 6 months to get $700 a month but I denied this offer and they offered me 06 Mercedes ML350 for $825/month for 72 months. I took a test drive and I liked it. As Dave told me it has everithing in options like all of this kind of cars, low milage + NAVIGATION installed but DVD disc needed to run it. I signed a contract and checked the milage on the papers (17000). The next day I found out that my real milege was 24700 and has NO NAVIGATION installed (+ minor problems like knoking trunk and about service 20 days past due). I was pissed off and called to Dave. He said that this car is sold and it is too late. He tried to put nav disc into CD slots as he was so sure it has navigation, but as I told him it has to have DVD drive. Then Dave told me that he didn't tell me about istalled navigation however he told me it is nav ready. I said that they lied to the bank/customer and this contract can be terminated. I agreed to forget about the milage if they install Navigation like it has to be from the begining. Then Randy told me he is a manager and now on he will assist me with this problem. Also he told me that it is not a problem at all to install navigation if I sign a contract with correct milege. I requested a paper where they agree to install nav. Everithing was signed and Randy told me he will order nav for me. I called Randy next week. He said it is in other service location and I need to go there check if I want it to be installed. When I went there nobody knew anything about my order. I went to parts department and John told me thet somebody was checking the price of the unit a week ago but didn't ordered it. I called Randy and he told me they have my navigation there. I came back to dealership and Randy told me that he got a different nav from what I was promised by mistake (as he said service department has sent him Magellan 4000). He asked me if I can wait one day. I told him I found nav on eBay for $1500 and if they give me a check I will be more then happy. Next day he told me that he spoke with the different manager and this is the only navigation he can offer. No money. Not even $500(I wouldn't accept it anyway). It was a long monologue about management, deal and other things and he wanted me to take this nav (Magellan) for a weekend for trial. I denied it and now I going to try to speak with other manager or even owner before I publish my story in russian newspaper (where the owner is my uncle). Then I will teke them to court. And this is not about navigation anymore. It is about me, about you and other customers - was or will be fulled by DESIMONE dealership. More

THE MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE FROM THE MOMENT I STEPPED OUT OF MY VEHICLE, THE SALES REP I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HAD LEFT, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED TO CONFIRM ABOUT 30 minutes PRIOR. THEN A PERSON BY THE N OUT OF MY VEHICLE, THE SALES REP I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HAD LEFT, EVEN THOUGH I CALLED TO CONFIRM ABOUT 30 minutes PRIOR. THEN A PERSON BY THE NAME OF AL DEMSEY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HE DIDN'T FEEL LIKE "LOSING MONEY" AT 8PM (EVEN THOUGH THEY CLOSE AT 9PM & I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 8PM). Very unproffessional More

This is the worst dealership in the city. I went to buy a car and they will not give you a price on any used car until you test drive one. The manager told me that they want you to test drive a car and then car and they will not give you a price on any used car until you test drive one. The manager told me that they want you to test drive a car and then they will see what you can afford. They are trying to get you to go way over your limit by falling in love with a car you cannot afford. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!!!! They told me that a 2005 Nissan Sentra was 18,995. THAT IS MORE THAN A BRAND NEW 2007 NISSAN SENTRA!!!!! They put "wow great deal!" on the sales paper acting like they were giving me a bargain by over charging for a car that was two years old. If you are looking to get the run around and pay much much more than a car is worth go to this dealership! More
