I RECENTLY WENT TO DESIMONE SUZUKI ON FRIDAY JAN.12,2007 TO TRADE IN MY TWN AND COUNTRY VAN.I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE PUT INTO A 2007 SUZUKI XL7 AT A PAYMENT OF $650 A MONTH.ON TUE JAN.16, I WENT INTO DESI TO TRADE IN MY TWN AND COUNTRY VAN.I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE PUT INTO A 2007 SUZUKI XL7 AT A PAYMENT OF $650 A MONTH.ON TUE JAN.16, I WENT INTO DESIMONE TO FINALIZE THE DEAL BUT I WAS TOLD BY MY SALES AGENT THAT THE BANK WOULD NOT GRANT MY A LOAN FOR THE TERMS THAT SUZUKI HAD IN MIND. THEY WANTED TO CHANGE THE LENGTH OF THE LOAN FROM 72 MONTHS IN WHICH SUZUKI WANTED FOR ME,TO 60 MONTHS. I KNOW THAT I HAVE SOME BLEMISHES ON MY CREDIT BUT I FEEL THAT DEALING WITH A PROFESSINAL COMPANY,THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN A CREDIT CHECK DONE BEFORE I WAS GIVEN A CAR OVER A WEKEND TO ENJOY, THEN TOLD THAT THE ONE WAY I COULD GET THIS VEHICLE IS PAY FOR 72 MONTHS WHICH WILL PUT MY PAYMENT OVER WHAT I WAS TOLD THEY COULD GET ME. MY OTHER OPTION TO GET THIS CAR WAS TO GET A CO-SIGNER WHICH I OPTED NOT TO DO. I WAS DRILED BY VARIES SALE ASSOCIATES AND STAFF OF DESIMONE SUZUKI ON WHY I SHOULD GET THIS LOAN WITH A CO-SIGNER,I DENIED ALL OFFERS. THEN THE FINANCE MANAGER JESSICA REYNOLDS, APPROACHED ME, SEEMINGLY AGGITATED FROM THE BEGGINING. SHE ASKED IF I HAD A CREDIT UNION I COULD BORROW THE MONEY FROM. I TOLD HER THAT I RECENTLY JOINED A CREDIT UNION, BUT IT WAS VERY UNLIKELY THEY'LL GIVE ME A LOAN. SHE THEN SAID THE ONLY OTHER OPTION WAS TO GET A CO-SIGNER. AFTER I EXPLAINED TO HER WHY I DIDNT WANT A CO-SIGNER, SHE BECAME VERY ANGRY AND SAID"WELL I'M NOT GOING TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH YOU ABOUT THIS,YOU EITHER GET A CO-SIGNER OR I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU YOUR 2003 TWN AND COUNTRY AND I'LL TAKE BACK THE 2007 XL7,WHICH SHE ADDED SHE HAD SOMEONE ALREADY BRINGING TO THE PARKING LOT AS WE SPOKE. I SAID THAT THAT WAS FINE. WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY VAN, I SPOKE WITH ONE OF THE SALES REP,EXPLAINING TO HIM WHAT HAPPENED. THEN JESSICA REYNOLDS APPROACHED ME ENRAGED AND SAID"SHUT UP TAKE YOUR CAR AND LEAVE." I WAS SO UPSET I LEFT THE RED LION OFFICE AND WENT TO THE FRANKFORD AVE OFFICE TO SPEAK WITH GENE DESIMONE THE OWNER. I MET HIM AND FRANK REYNOLDS(I'M NOT SURE IF THERE'S ANY RELATION TO JESSICA,PROBABLY IS BECAUSE HE'S A GENERAL MANGER, THAT'S PROBABLY WHY SHE FEELS SHE CAN SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS WITH SUCH DISRESPECT)WHEN I PURCHASED THE TWN AND CONTRY FROM HIS COMPANY PRIOR TO THE TRADE IN WHICH I HAD PROBLEMS WITH, BUT GENE AND FRANK WERE SO HELPFUL THAT I DECIDED TO GIVE DESIMONE ANOTHER CHANCE,BAD DECISION.GENE WAS NOT IN THE OFFICE AT THE TIME. I LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER WITH THE SECRETARY,I'M STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE AS I A TYPE. SO IT'S SAFE TO SAY THAT IF MS. JESSICA REYNOLDS IS APART OF DESIMONE,THEY CAN TAKE ME AND ALL MY ASSOCIATES OFF THEIR CHRISTMAS LIST. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED FROM A PHILADELPHIA PRISON OFFICER. More
When we went to the dealer ship, we seen a car of our choice.. when discussing a trade in of my old car for the new one.. the finance manager said he was gonna give 2000 for the trade , therefore we agr choice.. when discussing a trade in of my old car for the new one.. the finance manager said he was gonna give 2000 for the trade , therefore we agreed... but couple months later and looked at the pink slip... it only said the car was trade for a 1000 instead... i feel that it was wrong lying saying giving 2000 then behind our back a 1000 instead... i know i shoulda of checked, but arent we suppose to believe that the dealer is responsible and trust worthy???... i would not recommend this dealer at all.. also the service is horrible... On November 26, 2005, I went to DeSimone Suzuki for service on my 2005 Suzuki Forenza, which I originally purchased, from the dealership in April of 2005. Needless to say by the end of the day I was d service on my 2005 Suzuki Forenza, which I originally purchased, from the dealership in April of 2005. Needless to say by the end of the day I was driving off their showroom lot in a 2005 Isuzu XL-7 [SUV], unfortunately by Thursday, December 1, 2005 that evening I was driving home once again, in my 2005 Suzuki Forenza. The reason I had to return the vehicle was because the finance company would only allow me to pay $520.00 per/month at maximum for a vehicle and the XL-7 would have been $617.00 per month. On December 23, 2005, I received a call from Darryl, Sales Representative at DeSimone stating that I needed to return to the dealership and speak with Finance Manager Jessica Reynolds. I went to the dealership approximately 4:30 p.m. that same day and met with Jessica Reynolds who had informed me that the title for the 2005 Aerio had come back under some else’s name. This meant that the vehicle was no longer “NEW” but instead “USED” and I would be swap out of this vehicle and into a BRAND NEW 2005 Suzuki Aerio at no cost to me considering that it was dealerships fault. Ms. Reynolds presented to me as proof of her efforts a list of potential dealerships who she intended to contact to purchase a 2005 or Newer Suzuki Aerio to replace the one that I was currently driving which is now “USED.” Furthermore, I should mention for the record that I NEVER PAID A DEPOSIT on neither the XL-7 nor the Aerio, which was initially a DEMO because I did not have it to give. However, almost two weeks later I was ask to put down $1,000 to 1,300 dollars with my monthly payments being $461.00 for their mistaken from the beginning. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A NIGHTMARE AND THE MAIN BUYERS OF THEIR VEHICLES MINORITY WOMEN WITH BAD CREDIT. More
