My first experince at Desimone was about three years ago when my car was hit. Dave in the body shop made my car look brand new. I later traded it in and got another car, a septa bus hit me from the front and once again desomine made me whole again. Since then i have recommended anyone i know that have a vehicle to go to desomione.
The first timeIi went to Desimone was back in Febuary 2014 to get body work done to my car, my mother referred me. It was the best customer service ever and my car looked brand new when they were done. My mother has had wto of her cars worked on and she feels the same. I told them that they have my business fo now on. It doesnt matter what time you call, someone will answer.
Customer service people and sales people were friendly and no hassle to deal with, I recommend this place to everyone. I have never had a problem with them so far
I have been going to DeSimone for service on my car for many - over 10 - years. Very good service every time. Very nice people to deal with every time. Work that needed to get done was done once with no going back. Very professional every time. It's like family.
My 2014 kia forte was repaired at DeSimone. The work was completed very fast but the payment from the insurance company and them was fairly slow which resulted in my car not being released for almost two weeks..After due diligence by my self and spouse the matter was rectified and my car was released finally. My overall experirnce with them was overall pretty good and the work preformed was excellent.
I brought my car to be inspected on a Saturday. The Inspection failed due to the driver window was not operating. The receiptionist asked if I could bring my vehicle back on another day, which I made an appointment for the following Wednesday at 8 a.m. since I work. I arrived on time, at 8 a.m., at 9:30 a.m. the receptionist called me and said I was finished, no charge and the stickers were on, I asked if I window was fixed, she said I didn't need the window fixed to pass inspection. I then said, why did I have to come back, the window, fell into the door and could not be closed, I had it covered for 4 days. I wanted it repaired, she asked a tech, he said he could repair it. 10 minutes later she came out, the cost would be $ 100, I said it needs to be repaired, just repair it. 15 minutes later she called me to check out, and said they did not have the tools to repair the window. What a total waste of my time. I have been going to DeSimone for quite a few years and have never had such terrible service. I will never go again.
