I am going to reccommend anyone that I know who is interested in buying a car to Christopher Hodge, he is a great asset to the company. Buying the vehicle went relatively okay--took all day-- however, this dealership has awful follow-through. Don't bother calling or leaving a message. If you do get someone on the phone they will pass the ball to someone else or shift blame to someone who is, of course, out of the office. After leaving with a new car I was almost immediately bombarded by collections agents from the bank. Apparently they had never received the payoffs. When I called the dealership I was constantly given the run around. For some reason there is one gatekeeper of all financial information. No other employee can access account information. No one else has keys to her cabinets so that individuals' paperwork can be retrieved. And, Lloyd despite his title, can do nothing. He does make false claims of handling your situation, of returning calls, etc. Ultimately, more than 30 days passed and my credit was affected. I purchased 2 vehicles from Desimone but will not be back. More
When u first walk In not friendly Estimates take about 7 days. Never call you back when they say they will. Only except cash unheard of. This dealership was very unprofessional! They insisted we bring the car home on the day we had just test drove, we did not even have our trade with us. they did not complete the paperwork for 3 Full Busi we bring the car home on the day we had just test drove, we did not even have our trade with us. they did not complete the paperwork for 3 Full Business days...which meant that we would not have been able to return the car ifd we did not like it for any reason. We called and called and they refused to give me any information over the phone as to why the paperwork took so long. then the told us to take it to the other location and they would detail and provide us a second set of keys. I went there...waited 5 hours...even after having an appointment set...and they never did anything to detail. I just traded the car with the plastic on the rugs under the floor mats. They were so horrible, I wrote the BBB on them and it wa published in the paper. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THINGS AND NOT FULFILL THEM!!!! More
Do not go to this dealer, worst I've ever seen in my life.... I have 3 cars ... and I need another one for my uncle who lives in Philadelphia. I live in Orlando and i have been to many dealers there, life.... I have 3 cars ... and I need another one for my uncle who lives in Philadelphia. I would recommend travelling 20 miles and going to another KIA dealer or change you car brand to Hyundai, Honda or Toyota. More
My wife took her car in for some body work (driver-side fender) they gave her a price to fix half the fender why would you fix have a fender they left a dent in the back of the fender without putting the s fender) they gave her a price to fix half the fender why would you fix have a fender they left a dent in the back of the fender without putting the stripe back on when we went back they gave us a hard time said the price that was quoted was for half a fender they took advantage of her not knowing any better they put the stripe on and told us not to bring the car back, they're right I'll never take my car back and will warn my friends and everybody else to stay away from DeSimone customer service stinks More
It took almost 2 months to finish my car when they said about 10 days. They NEVER call me back when they say they will. Be careful because at first, they are extremely manipulative. They said the rental car was free of charge but on the day that i returned it, they slapped me with a $800 bill and said it was only free for a week. I argued it but still had to pay $200 in "taxes". Either way, i was expecting to pay nothing and still had to put money out of my pocket. The car drives well but when i got the car back, i had all these parts in my trunk and the car was filthy inside. I had a problem and took it back and one of the guys said the parts in the back was a mistake they weren't mines. Anyways, they couldn't fix my problem so i have to take it to a dealer. This Was absolutely the biggest WASTE of my entire day! I have never been more irratated. They are the textbook for lowlife crap hole car dealership! In a nutshell I went for my inspection and emissions because my vehicle is still under maintenance agreement and all I need to pay is the tax. I have done this two years in a row with no problems, neve because my vehicle is still under maintenance agreement and all I need to pay is the tax. I have done this two years in a row with no problems, never told you need this and that and that and this work done and it's going to cost you one arm and two legs. Usually it was smooth sailing. This time I was told my car didn't pass inspection due to faulty this and that and this and that too. It was very surreal but I couldn't argue they were things I knew were bad but didn't think they were that bad and I didn't have the money. I explained my financial situation to Mr. DeSimone and he worked with me so that I was able to get the work done, pass inspection and work out the financial aspect. I have never seen or heard of a dealer doing that. while I give all praises to God for his favor and grace in this situation, I am most suprised and grateful to the DeSimone Service and The Kindness of the employees in particular, Charmaine. (I hope I got her name right, if not she knows who she is...) More
