Car Inspection I brought my car to be inspected on a Saturday. The Inspection failed due to the driver window was not operating. The receiptionist asked if I could I brought my car to be inspected on a Saturday. The Inspection failed due to the driver window was not operating. The receiptionist asked if I could bring my vehicle back on another day, which I made an appointment for the following Wednesday at 8 a.m. since I work. I arrived on time, at 8 a.m., at 9:30 a.m. the receptionist called me and said I was finished, no charge and the stickers were on, I asked if I window was fixed, she said I didn't need the window fixed to pass inspection. I then said, why did I have to come back, the window, fell into the door and could not be closed, I had it covered for 4 days. I wanted it repaired, she asked a tech, he said he could repair it. 10 minutes later she came out, the cost would be $ 100, I said it needs to be repaired, just repair it. 15 minutes later she called me to check out, and said they did not have the tools to repair the window. What a total waste of my time. I have been going to DeSimone for quite a few years and have never had such terrible service. I will never go again. More

For example, inspection turn around time, less than an hour, rental car availability without hassles with insurance payment coverage, deductibles met with a smile. STAY AWAY FROM DESIMONE AUTO BODY!! FRAUD!!! We paid our own, trusted, auto body shop to take our car apart again while our insurance company appraisers were there and it is documented that DeSimone Auto Bo own, trusted, auto body shop to take our car apart again while our insurance company appraisers were there and it is documented that DeSimone Auto Body committed insurance fraud! We are now in the process of trying to recoup the $4500 out of pocket that we had to pay to prove this. If anyone else had work done there, call your insurance company immediately and ask an appraiser to come out. A well trained appraiser can look at your estimate and your vehicle for tell-tale signs that work was not completed properly, or at all! I hope this message saves other people from living the 7 month long nightmare that we are going through. They used zip ties and "L" brackets with sheet metal screws to put our car back together and did not repair or replace many parts that they were paid to do. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, DO NOT ALLOW YOUR VEHICLE TO BE TOWED TO DESIMONE!! More
