My car has been there since April 17th and I seem to be getting the run around. After 18 days I went in to see where they were at with it and they showed me a picture of where the two hoses had come apart getting the run around. After 18 days I went in to see where they were at with it and they showed me a picture of where the two hoses had come apart and under my own admission I told them the hose clamp on one of the hoses I had put on before they changed motors for me less than a year ago told me that hoses aren't oRt of the engine and their 3 yr unlimited miles warantyall parts and labor did not cover that so i left and also it was chuck the manager that showed me this without introducing himself to me and pushing me not physically but not wanting to hear a word i had to say. Three days later I came back went to my car in the lot and called them to ask if they would come talk to me I showed them that one of the parts I was billed for o. The engine was a jumper hose one of the two that blew apart now for this hose to be properly put on the car the other hose that blew it needed to also be replaced which we know it wasn't bu my own admission. Because the hose clamp was still on it the engine had 246000 mileson iti still can't understand why they didnot replace Ll 4 hoses if you replaced two and charged me for them might as well have repla ed all of them at that time chuck and i wuote said if that iz obe if tge hisez we owe you an engine and went back to his desk came back with a hose not the one they replaced but said we owe yiu an engine and we waljed back to the front by his iffive he told ne that he had to order an engine before he coukd give me a loaner which they did give me a lianer sadly to say i was runoff the highway by an 18 wheeler and it wss wrecjed today is june 21st and they have not touchedmy vehickle yet i have been in contact with chrysler fca abd they told the case manager on fridsy two weejs ago the car was done waiting for paperwork and would call me to come pick it uo i bever received a pgone call abd still hacent that next monday they tolf the case worker the wRanth is ubder reviewand would update me i was supposed to get a call from chuck last thursday still gavent heard fro. Him . I don't k ow how much longer they can put o. This sharade but I use my car as a taxi and have been without for over 70 days now. I can't understand how it would take more than maybe 2 days to decide if the hoses are pRt of the waRanty but it said all parts and obe of the parts was a jumper hose that blew if you have a Chrysler dobt take ut here and i was also informedof them firing alk of the te hs advidors and nanager right vefore i toik it back so that also tells me thT it was most linely tgeir fUltbut tgey do t want to hinor theriwn waRanty.
